You’ve read the team previews and you know the names that we have mentioned numerous times. Make note of the athletes mentioned below because they are a part of the TN Flight Trotters (Armes) & you will see them making noise during the live period. I was able to watch this team at the Apache and I was left impressed! This team finished 4-1 at the Apache. Below are a few the standouts:
At this point, if Peyton Wood Peyton Wood 5’10” | CG Jefferson County | 2027 TN isn’t on your radar, I have to ask, why? The 5’10 versatile athlete keeps playing a great style of basketball that I love to watch! She was able to show her 3 ball with range numerous times at the Apache! She doesn’t need much time or space to get her shot off. Wood has an incredible vertical that we will always mention! However, we don’t talk about Peyton’s defense enough. She picked up numerous steals. She plays the passing lanes exceptionally well. She is also a good shot blocker! This one is simply different & I know her recruitment will soon take off!

I watched Woodruff score back to back buckets in one of the games at the Apache. The very next game, she did the same exact thing! This is an athlete that is tough as nails. She attacks downhill strong, and she finishes well at the rim! She battles strong around the glass! One thing I noticed is that she may never be the tallest in the paint, but she is going to battle strong and get after rebounds!

Go ahead and call Brylee a stock riser! If you haven’t watched Flatt play, you need to make a point to do so ASAP! She keeps showing tremendous growth on the court! She’s a versatile wing that can beat you in numerous ways. She has a smooth form with a nice outside shot. Brylee’s skill set stems so much further than shooting the ball. She’s strong with the basketball in her hands and she does well under pressure. She has limited turnovers and she is another player that does not play like a freshman on the court!

I LOVE watching smart point guards that get it, & Laney Copeland Laney Copeland 5’5″ | CG Cleveland | 2027 TN gets it! She’s a high IQ kid that seems to make all of the right reads! She plays the point position incredibly well. She can also step out and knock down shots. She’s incredibly unselfish and a kid that every coach would love to have on their team! I loved watching her fight, determination, and grit on every possession. Her passion resonates on the court no matter what team she is playing with! This young athlete is one for everyone to keep their eyes on!

Maddie can score fast and in a variety of ways! She led her team in scoring numerous times. In one win over FBC NextUp at the Apache, she dropped in 15! She’s a relentless defender that will make you work! She is one of the swiss army knives that can do a little of everything on the basketball court! This was my first time watching Maddie live, and the athlete can flat out play the game! The ceiling is extremely high for this one!
