<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As we continue to cycle through the most recent quarterly rankings updates, our focus is now on the incredibly strong and deep 2026 class. While there is still a lot of time left in their playing careers, this class has proven to be one of the deeper classes in some time, so regardless of where a player might be ranked, there is talent spread throughout the class. Below is a look specifically at the top point guard prospects in 2026.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><font color="FFFFFF">.</font></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:table --> <figure class="wp-block-table"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Rk.</strong></td><td><strong>Prospect</strong></td><td><strong>Pos.</strong></td><td><strong>Ht.</strong></td><td><strong>H.S.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>1.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='331774' first='Kamrah' last='Banks']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-9</td><td>Crispus Attucks</td></tr><tr><td>2.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486487' first='Kennedy' last='Holman']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-8</td><td>Hamilton Southeastern</td></tr><tr><td>3.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486509' first='Maya' last='Layton']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-8</td><td>Faith Christian</td></tr><tr><td>4.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='567134' first='Joslyn' last='Bricker']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-8</td><td>Warsaw Community</td></tr><tr><td>5.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486496' first='Berkeley' last='Williams']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-6</td><td>Plainfield</td></tr><tr><td>6.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='422604' first='Emma' last='Schoen']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-7</td><td>Silver Creek</td></tr><tr><td>7.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486538' first='Trinity' last='Wilburn']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-5</td><td>Faith Christian</td></tr><tr><td>8.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='567129' first='Kelis' last='Dansby']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-7</td><td>Rock Creek</td></tr><tr><td>9.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486483' first='Paiton' last='Mitchell']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-6</td><td>Castle</td></tr><tr><td>10.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='761179' first='Carley' last='Moellering']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-7</td><td>Homestead</td></tr><tr><td>11.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='761180' first='Hunter' last='Mote']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-6</td><td>Shawe Memorial</td></tr><tr><td>12.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486506' first='Mary' last='Harmon']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-8</td><td>Greensburg</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='567138' first='Aaniyah' last='Bonner']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-6</td><td>Elkhart</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='832666' first='Makaylee' last='Butts']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-3</td><td>Avon</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486561' first='Nya' last='Dame']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-3</td><td>Princeton Community</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486527' first='Carly' last='Davison']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-5</td><td>Clinton Central</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='874336' first='Maci' last='Eckerty']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-4</td><td>Springs Valley</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486488' first='Antonette' last='Green']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-5</td><td>Hamilton Southeastern</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486525' first='Elle' last='Jo Johnson']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-4</td><td>North Posey</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486489' first='Jordynn' last='Johnson']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-4</td><td>Elkhart</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='624878' first='Aubree' last='LaBazzo']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-4</td><td>Lawrenceburg</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486536' first='Jelyza' last='Lapsley']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-3</td><td>Heritage Christian</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='686307' first='Alexis' last='Neely']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-7</td><td>Warsaw Community</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486479' first='Addison' last='Penziol']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-4</td><td>La Lumiere</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='486472' first='Reagin' last='White']</td><td>PG</td><td>5-3</td><td>Northview</td></tr></tbody></table></figure> <!-- /wp:table --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><font color="FFFFFF">.</font></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>NOTEWORTHY UPDATES:</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='331774' first='Kamrah' last='Banks'], 2026, 5-9 PG, Crispus Attucks H.S.</strong><br>- Kamrah grew up and attended middle school in Indianapolis, even went to Decatur Central as a Freshman. She then opted to go to Montverde in Florida to begin the 2023-2024 school, but a little over a month ago returned to Indianapolis and is now attending Crispus Attucks. She has always been a high-level attacker off the bounce, a nice facilitator, plus she has grown and gotten stronger. She is a physical style of point guard who is solid in transition or in half-court offenses that get her downhill quickly.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='486483' first='Paiton' last='Mitchell'], 2026, 5-6 PG, Castle H.S.</strong><br>- Paiton has always been a tough-nosed, feisty, hard-working point guard who has gotten after it at both ends of the floor. During the Shamrock Classic, she showed a much more patient, decisive, efficient game and has taken that next step to true floor general. She is strong at her size, she doesn't mind contact at all, but she also has some shiftiness to her game and can make plays off the bounce. I really like how she can run offense and find open teammates, but also knock down open shots.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='761179' first='Carley' last='Moellering'], 2026, 5-7 PG, Homestead H.S.</strong><br>- Carley is part of a very special 2026 class for the Spartans. While she wasn't a primary scorer this season, she did play some key minutes for them, and she's talented enough that she has already drawn some Crossroads League (<em>NAIA</em>) interest. She has really nice length at her height, a wiry-strong frame, and she's fairly smooth and fluid with the ball in her hands. She plays hard, she doesn't have a problem getting after it, and she's disciplined. She should have a very good Spring &amp; Summer in front of coaches.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='486479' first='Addison' last='Penziol'], 2026, 5-4 PG, La Lumiere Preparatory</strong><br>- Addison is a nice point guard who has come a long way since she enrolled in high school. She has gotten noticeably stronger, she handles contact well, but she has also gotten leaner and more explosive with her newfound strength. She is heady, always plays with her eyes scanning the floor, and she has some craftiness to her game. She can find teammates through the smallest of windows, but she also has a nice pull-up game, and she can bury perimeter jumpers. She has a chance to be a really good one.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='486496' first='Berkeley' last='Williams'], 2026, 5-6 PG, Plainfield H.S.</strong><br>- Berkeley is that kid you just immediately enjoy watching, because she knows no other speed than all-out. She plays so hard, with so much energy, and is seemingly everywhere on the floor. What's better is, she has managed to take that and become a much more efficient player as well these last two years. As an incoming Freshman I thought she was more of a wing, but now she allows the game to come to her much better, and she is able to run offense, facilitate, or score it herself, plus she can really defend.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
