"It's always important to build on momentum no matter what you are doing and someone that is doing that to a T following AAU season is Macie Vetter of Lewis Cental. Vetter showed a well rounded game throughout the day at this Showcase. In an event that is guard heavy with talent, it can be challenging to standout but Vetter did a fine job of that during all of the skill portion events to start the day and during competitive play down the floor. At Lewis Central, I'm expecting numbers out of Vetter this Winter. She knows what to expect so now, it's go time."

Her communication and positive attitude shine through whenever she is on the court and that is going to be contagious at the high school level. All in all, she did a great job of representing herself today and what she is really about on the hardwood."

Her natural mixture of length, quick thinking, and ability to adapt shines through to anyone paying attention. She is also a prospect that doesn't need the ball to be productive. She can move off of things and still make her mark during her contest in other ways. Something that is important in the grand scheme of the process if you want to compete at the next level."

"There is quite a few prospects out of the 2028 Class that I think they could make a difference at the Varsity level over these next couple of seasons and MaKenna Rooney is one of those prospects. Rooney is just a solid player. You can tell that her job is to shoot the ball offensively but she is also smart enough not to force it. She takes what's open, looks for her spots in both the half court and transition, and she is a willing passer to anyone around her that may be open. As long as she continues to fall in love with the process, I'm sure she is going to be a lights out player on both sides of the ball as an upperclassmen.

"Jackson can catch on fire in a hurry offensively, while on defense she is someone that plays a physical game as a guard. Throughout the duration of a contest she has a three level scoring ability and she isn't afraid to use it. Her biggest challenge moving into her Sophomore season at Bennington will be shot selection. With the roster they will have with their underclass group alone, they should be very well off as long as everyone makes sure that they are shooting not just good shots, but GREAT shots. If everyone does that, this group is going to be very hard to stop because of their impressive individual talent level, Jackson included."

"It seems that [player_tooltip player_id='1045016' first='Lena' last='Kennedy'] can do a little bit of everything out at the guard position on the floor, while even being able to move near the post if she has a smaller defender on her. Kennedy stood out during the skill part of the Showcase with her shooting stroke, ability to handle, her tenacious ability to defend the 2-3 positions, and her ability to rebound. If she continues to work on the weaknesses in her game, she is going to turn out to be a productive overall prospect."
