Lauer's length is a major weapon and she knows exactly when to poke at the ball and disrupt the flow. Her awareness in the passing lanes is next level. In the game I watched of her she had a ton of moments that showed flashes of how strong her potential really is. Regardless of the competition, this kid just moves different and her ability to be dominant on both ends of the court was like no one else on day 1. She's aggressive and fearless on every drive and knows when to attack and when to have patience. Plays with a ton of fire and never stops moving. She doesn't need much to get to the rim and that goes for both steps and dribbles. She plays the game to be efficient not to be flashy.
