We have a few more articles left in the month, and I'd like to continue highlighting some players I haven't for a while. Next month, I should have some new content ready, including a few preview articles for high school programs. If any other program is interested in season preview articles, feel free to reach out to me directly, and we can work on the details of how we'll organize it.

The Golda Meir forward is a player who can play around the basket or step out and knock down shots on the perimeter. Blackmon can be a physical player around the basket and exploit mismatches when guards try to defend her in the paint. She is also willing to shoot if slower post players try to defend her on the perimeter. Blackmon is a positionless player who can exploit mismatches anywhere on the floor and maximize her team's offensive ceiling.

The Port Washington wing is a player whose development I'm intrigued by. You don't find many 6'0 wings like her with mobility on the perimeter. Rauch can knock down shots from the perimeter and space the floor well for guards who want to force the issue and get downhill. She also uses her length well on the defensive end and can make scoring challenging for any player she's matched up with.

[player_tooltip player_id='879081' first='Morgan' last='Jones']

The New London post is a player who is worth keeping tabs on for coaches at the next level. Jones is a physical player with the size to impose her will around the basket. Post players also tend to develop later than guards, and I believe that there is another level in Jones' game that she hasn't reached yet. She has all the physical tools she needs to be a productive post player at the high school level, and she's earned more opportunities over the past few seasons.

[player_tooltip player_id='892181' first='Mallorie' last='Werner']

The Hortonville guard is an athletic kid who plays hard on both ends of the floor. Werner is willing to sacrifice her body to help her team win games by diving on the floor. Werner is also comfortable playing away from the ball and spacing the floor for other players. She doesn't need the ball to be herself on the floor or stay engaged in her minutes. Werner is wired to compete, and anyone who sees her play will agree with that statement.
