EYG Clinic- Middle School Stars Step Up

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Once again Bruno Corras of&nbsp;<a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/program/elevate-elite/"><strong>[program_tooltip program_id='715208' first='Elevate' last='Elite']</strong></a>&nbsp;and his group put together an excellent two-day clinic that featured quite a few strong prospects. I attended the Sunday session and came away impressed with the organization of the clinic and the competitiveness that is demanded. The drills were useful and created a competitive environment. Some of the younger players from the middle school group were quite talented and put on a good show. She controls the pace of the game, has tremendous speed and is very skillful. She showed off a strong first step, good upper body strength, and the ability to finish through contact. She has some big-time high schools in pursuit and it's easy to see why. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Madelyn Sundra, 2030, Guard, Loudon Flexx</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Madelyn caught my eye immediately with her versatility. She is fundamentally sound, can shoot from deep and is a good finisher at the basket. She has a good first step and knows how to create space. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1319852' first='Kimaya' last='Hogan'], 2030, Guard, New World</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kimaya competed at a high level and was unstoppable in transition. She has excellent ball handling skills and can make shots on the move or spotting up. She was a problem because of her energy and persistence.
