Players Who Showed Out At Southeast Top 100

Suwanee Sports Academy was the site for the 2025 Top 100 Camp with a large amount of talent under one roof! Yours truly was in the building, head on a swivel and notepad in hand. The following hoopers represented their home state to the fullest and left a lasting impression on me:    Defended 94 feet. Quick hands, very disruptive. Ball of fire and energy; tough to contain in transition. She dished out some flashy no-look dimes while charging full steam ahead. Impressive court vision; perfectly placed passes. She made quick [and smart] decisions in real time.     Undeniable hustle. She was the first one out on the break and the first one back on defense. Kept a steady pace of play and didn't allow others to speed her up way out of her comfort zone and get sloppy.     High-flying rebounding guard, arguably the best I saw all day. Insane amount of energy and tireless motor. Strong ball movement; passing with a purpose. Always moving; rotating, cutting, etc. Her efforts paid dividends in getting good looks at the basket and clearing paths to the basket. Stayed on high alert defensively to intercept passes and convert defense to offense.     She did a great job sticking with the play and following her own shot; second-chance conversion. She got to her spot around the arc quickly (especially the left wing). Strong defender; smothering ball pressure made it tough to get by her.     Electric guard with a crafty layup package. Strong help defense. Quick to seal gaps and force the turnover. Called out plays and communicated effectively. If a teammate was unaware of a screen, she was vocal in calling it out and making her aware.     Productive off the catch and shoot. She made the difficult corner 3 look easy. Not easily fazed by pressure D. She set some tough screen up top and roll to the basket fluidly.     Nailed some straightaway 3 points bombs. Quick release time and excellent shot selection made for a tough assignment for her defender. On the move, her layups were complete with a sweet Euro to show off some flash. Lots of poise under pressure.     She made sure to get to the mid-range and get off clean jumpers. Long, lean frame. She created lots of opportunities around the basket; inside-out play to expand her offensive versatility. Very vocal calling for the ball at the 3-point line.     Successful shooting from distance. She kept a low stance on D and quick hands to bother the opponent and create a little chaos. Notable commitment to playing both sides of the ball. There were a few stretches where she hit a triple then forced a turnover right after.     She did a great job chasing down her own miss and converting the second chance bucket. She made an impact on the boards despite, at times, giving up inches. Attacked from the wing and maintained high energy throughout; a motor that just kept going and going.     Quick on the break with the ability to decelerate and knock down the elbow jumper. Maintained control while carving routes to the basket.     One of the youngest at the event. Not afraid of contact on the drive. Fearless slashing into the heart of the defense. She even took it straight at 6'7" Jayla Forbes. Attack mode!     The harder the hits, the more she let her game do the talking. She didn't let the physical aspect take her out of her comfort zone; rolled with the punches and did a great job matching some of that physicality. She drove in and took bumps, absorbing contact and finishing for the and-1. Very persistent.     Her 12-15 footer was a thing of beauty! She got to the mid-range with the quickness for the stop and pop. Very selfless player who saw the floor well to dish out dimes left and right.
