A Third Team All-State selection, she elevated her play in the postseason, averaging 34.5 points and 12.7 rebounds per game for Paintsville.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='897385' first='Caleigh' last='McCoy'],<strong> Phelps (2026)</strong> - A top-10 scorer in the state last season, she averaged 23.6 points per game and helped lead Phelps to a 60th District championship. She eclipsed 2,000 career points and broke the program's single-game scoring record with a 49-point performance.
