Today, I attended the Expo up in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'll begin going through a handful of teams that I watched play today and highlighting the players I observed throughout the morning and early afternoon. I thought it was a productive day, seeing some players from around the state, and I found it to be my most enjoyable Expo since I first attended the event in 2021. Today, we'll look at Team Three and discuss the players from that unit.

[player_tooltip player_id='874386' first='Maisie' last='Hinz']

The Notre Dame sophomore earned minutes as a newcomer for the Tritions last season and showed why in Appleton. I thought she showed more willingness to play around the basket and use her physicality to score in the paint. I also thought she brought some energy on the defensive end and made plays on that end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='874984' first='Abriella' last='Terry']

The Waukesha native is a physical interior player who fights for loose balls around the basket. I also thought she won her team extra possessions based on her effort on both ends of the floor. I also liked her effort on the boards. Regardless of which end of the floor she's on, Terry will find ways to rebound the ball on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='889690' first='Mylee' last='Redman']

I've thought Redman has impressed all summer with her time playing for [program_tooltip program_id='713038' first='Wisconsin' last='Blaze']. I thought she looked good with the ball in her hands. She created well off the dribble and can create space from her defender. Redman is a player who can score from anywhere on the floor off the dribble.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039241' first='Kassidy' last='Hutjens']

Hutjens is a player who plays at her own pace on the offensive end. She plays under control and reads the game well on the offensive end of the floor. However, she did most of her work away from the ball in her minutes. I thought she found ways to be productive with or without the ball in her hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='877236' first='Asharia' last='Koch']

The Beloit native is a player who plays with effort whenever she's on the floor. Koch is a talented kid who has plenty of room to grow on both ends of the floor. She makes effort plays on both ends of the floor that few others can, and rebounds at an elite level. I've been a fan of her game for a while, and she showed why she's highly thought of in Appleton.
