Today, I attended the Expo up in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'll begin going through a handful of teams that I watched play today and highlighting the players I observed throughout the morning and early afternoon. I thought it was a productive day, seeing some players from around the state, and I found it to be my most enjoyable Expo since I first attended the event in 2021. Today, we'll look at Team Three and discuss the players from that unit.

[player_tooltip player_id='743735' first='Kourtlyn' last='Guy']

The Milwaukee native is a talented kid who can excel on both ends of the floor. Guy is a smart player who reads the game well on both ends of the floor. She also has the length to make plays in the passing lanes and jumpstart her team's transition offense. I love how she approaches the game whenever she's on the floor. I have no doubt she'll figure things out as she matures as a player.

[player_tooltip player_id='992499' first='Josie' last='Christian']

The Lomira guard is a skilled scorer who can put the ball in the basket from anywhere on the floor. She can play either guard spot and can handle the ball under pressure. Christian is a three-level scorer who can create her own shot off the dribble. She is also comfortable creating for others. I love the effort she puts in on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='992492' first='Ellie' last='Pudelko']

The Tosa East frontcourt prospect is a versatile player who can play different spots on the floor. She has the strength to play around the basket. I believe she has the physical tools to play as a post player at the high school level. Pudelko has the potential to be a breakout performer in D2 this coming season, and I'm eager to see how she plays in her sophomore season.

[player_tooltip player_id='874394' first='Mya' last='Johnson']

The Oshkosh native is a hard-nosed defender who can make extra-effort plays on that end of the court. I thought she became a more confident offensive player over the past 12 months and could find a role for the Wildcats this season. Her confidence on both ends of the floor will serve her and her team well in the next few years.

[player_tooltip player_id='751236' first='Alexis' last='Shelsta']

Shelsta is a player who is an x-factor in any game she plays. No matter who she's playing for, she needs multiple plays drawn up for her because she can win her team games with her ability to shoot. Any time she finds her rhythm, Shelsta is a player who can win a game on her own, and there aren't many players I'd say that about.
