2028 Stock Risers in the Top 20

Our scouts have been actively evaluating high school prospects in the months leading up to this rankings update. We have expanded our 2028 class rankings to include 243 total prospects ranked and on the Watch List. Here are six girls in the top 20 who moved up in our latest update.    Ellee has mobility, length, and skill in the post that few forwards can match. She finishes confidently using either hand, creates space with her long strides/pivots, makes contested catches, can disrupt shots inside or on the perimeter, and runs the floor to create transition offense. Ellee scores through contact and contributes mightily on the offensive glass. She's consistently performing at a high level for Midland.     6-foot guards with a filled-out, athletic frame, and a deadly three-point shot have an extremely high college ceiling. Macy checks all the boxes physically and fundamentally. She scans the floor and switches hands with ease. Macy contributes as a rebounder, is disruptive on defense, and has deep range. She has good footwork, body control, and finishing touch around the basket. Macy is off to a stellar start for Frankenmuth.     Raquel dominated at the PGH Expo and has multiple D1 offers to back up her high ranking. She's long, freakishly athletic, and a dynamic wing-guard prospect who has that relentless and aggressive instinct you want to see. Raquel scores at all three levels and wreaks havoc on the defensive end. She's a must-watch player and elite talent at Reeths-Puffer.     Jayna dropped 28 points with an eye-popping six triples during an early-season win against Whitehall. She's a strong, physical guard who takes the ball fearlessly to the hoop and finishes through contact. Jayna competes with endless energy and is a relentless rebounder. She turned heads at the PGH Expo, was outstanding at Oakland Elite Camp, and is a top 15 prospect in this class.     Ella keeps growing. She's added height and developed into a prolific scorer for Midland. Ella drives hard off the dribble and converts difficult off-platform finishes around the basket. She's a sharpshooter from beyond the arc, a determined defender, and makes the effort plays. Ella pushes the tempo with her dribble and goes all-out for rebounds. She performed at a high level in multiple showcase formats and was consistently one of the best prospects in the gym during many evaluations. Ella keeps climbing the rankings and is becoming an elite guard prospect.     Jayla received her first offer in September from SVSU and is off to a great start for Heritage. She's consistently impressed on the court by rising to the occasion against tough opponents. Jayla is a multidimensional scorer with athleticism and quickness that grabs your attention. She's skilled as a ball-handler, can facilitate, and is aggressive on defense.
