Miles was her "killer with a smile" herself from the jump on Meet the Huskies night in Pawhuska. Defensively she was flying around for blocks along the perimeter, hunting passing lanes and more. Outlet passes and on the money passes complimented her driving skills. And perhaps most impressively, she was dialed in as a shooter. Shooting it cleanly and hitting it early from three. Miles did all this with a smile on her face and an infectious energy that elevates her small town teammates. One of the best players in Oklahoma regardless of class.

The Arkansas signee gave out buckets every which way. Started with a triple, then was a handful off the bounce. Pushed defensive rebounds and other transition opportunities into tough scores for herself and dripped domes to her teammates. Very impressive all around scoring display. Which also included making winning plays down the stretch. Drained a big 10 foot pull up to answer at one point in the fourth, but it wasn't just scoring. She hustled for loose balls and rebounds, while also making the right passes. A great statement to start her senior year and get Westmoore off to a strong start in district play.

Career high 23 points for Lamb, who is one of the top shooters in the Class of 2028. Like her team, she had a slow start. But she started to flourish late in the first half. Carried that momentum into the second half. Opened the third with a deep three and then kept it rolling with more threes. Along with the deep shooting, she can hit in the mid-range and helped her teammate Holmes with the passing and creation. To put a bow on the game, she drained another college range three late. Which served as a dagger to put the Lady Indians up 9 and halted any chance of a Lady Ranges rally.

Nelke is a pure shooter. Multiple times she connected from nearly the Ranger logos on the court. She pulled once in transition, while the other times she made it look easy as a catch and shoot weapon. Impactful defender too, with long arms and speed to force steals and then race away for easy scores. Movement shooter, with a clear path to quick impact at the next level as a "3 and D" guard.

Fittingly her game got going when she slid over and took a helpside charge. She complimented her defensive ability by catching fire from three. Maybe she wasn't on the scout as a shooter, but she kept slipping loose along the perimeter and was cashing out from deep. Kept making plays on defense. Including having the quickness and awareness to set up an opponent to draw a charge on a push off attempt. Tough loss for Mustang but an impressive start to Haywood's junior year and her bigger role.

Skilled scoring guard with one of the better bags of moves in Oklahoma. Variety of in and out dribbles, crossovers, snatch backs and more to create space for off the dribble jumpers. Which she is a good shooter in the mid-range and from three. Tough finishing at the rim as well. Scoring is clearly in her DNA and will give her the opportunity to play college basketball.
