Lillia Tapak Lillia Tapak 5'9" | PG/CG Center Grove | 2029 State IN has already gained valuable experience playing an important role within one of the best programs in the state. As the starting point guard for the 2026 4A State Champion Center Grove team, Tapak has shown maturity, poise, and leadership well beyond her age.

She does an excellent job controlling tempo and making smart decisions with the basketball. Tapak is a true floor general who understands how to get teammates involved while also knowing when to look for her own offense. Her court vision and IQ allow her to make advanced reads in the half court and in transition.

Defensively, she competes hard and applies pressure on opposing guards. Tapak’s ability to lead, communicate, and handle big-game situations makes her one of the more dependable young guards in the state. With continued physical development and offensive growth, her ceiling remains extremely high.

I like the way she protects the ball, penetrates into the paint and can score from either side. Fundamentally she’s pretty solid for her age, defensively I like the way she talks and crashes the boards. She showed me some good energy today!

Lillia is an assertive, playmaking guard who displayed a strong basketball IQ throughout the showcase. She can knock down open jumpers with confidence while also creating opportunities by getting downhill and attacking the rim. What separates her is her ability to consistently make the right plays—whether it’s finishing at the basket, spacing the floor with her shot, or setting up teammates. In the 5-on-5 session, she also showed her physicality and willingness to compete on both ends. Defensively, she does a good job staying in front of her assignment, which makes her reliable on that side of the ball. As she enters her freshman year at Center Grove, Lillia has the tools to be a valuable addition to their offense and a key contributor to the program’s success.
