The Grand View Vikings just got another solid commitment from a talent out of the 2025 Class in Nebraska and that talent is SG, Addalyn Rooney Addalyn Rooney 5'6" | SG Millard North | 2025 State NE of Millard North. Rooney is going to be a vital piece to her team’s success this next six months at North with the turnover that they are going to have happening. They do receive some prospects in return due to transfer but in the grand scheme of things, they lose more than they gain from the quick look of it. Rooney is going to be able to be a solid player at the next level when her time comes. She is going to have to work for playing time early on but I’m sure if she stays locked in, she will see the floor when she is final ready to roll.

Addalyn Rooney Addalyn Rooney 5'6" | SG Millard North | 2025 State NE competes at Millard North for high school ball. As of most recent, Rooney has received an offer to compete with Grand View College out of Iowa in the future. This is one of the first offers for Rooney but it won’t be the last. By the way she competes and the skill she brings to the floor at the guard position, I would be shocked if this offer didn’t open up the floodgates in a sense. She is a solid athlete that understands situational basketball. She may not score 40 a game but she always shows up positively on the stat sheet and that says a lot.
