Because nothing about her game looks young.
Corbin operates with poise, confidence, and leadership well beyond her years. Her complete, five-tool game kept Churchland competitive, with teammates feeding off her energy and presence.
She doesn’t wait her turn, she sets the tone, and her teammates follow. Not extraordinarily vocal Corbin leads with a “do as I do” approach, and her teammates follow suit.

Corbin possesses the skill set to impact the game at all five offensive positions while also having the size and strength to dominate on the block. A tenacious rebounder, it’s not uncommon to see her secure a defensive rebound and immediately lead the break in transition. Strong enough to bang in the post on both ends while athletic enough to get out on the wing and run, Corbin brings rare versatility to the court. She has already established herself as the centerpiece of Churchland’s program, and with three years remaining and a high developmental ceiling, expect her to remain firmly in the conversation among Virginia’s top players.

Corbin possesses the ability to shut down opposing offenses in the post. Playing far bigger than her 5’11” frame suggests, she utilizes strong positioning, sound footwork, and impressive strength to eliminate second-chance opportunities through defensive rebounding.
Her shot-blocking presence makes it difficult for opponents to even get a first look at the rim, consistently altering and deterring attempts in the paint. Corbin is athletic enough to block a shot, run the floor, and immediately ignite the Churchland offense in transition.
A traditional post defender with a high basketball IQ, Corbin consistently gets to her spots early, contests vertically, and redirects shots without fouling. Her discipline and positioning anchor the defense and set the tone in the paint.

A great wing prospect at the wing who is versatile a lot of things well when she is on the floor for her team. Argurably has the most upside on this early list. She is a three level scorer who is a natural athlete with the ball in her hands. Can play all three perimeter positions and probably develop to be a great point forward. Early this season she had a mindblowing 47 point 18 rebound game as an eight grader.
