Expert Analysis
Charles Foster | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Chloe is simply a gamer and remains highly underrated. As a true point guard, she understands her role on an offensively loaded roster and embraces the responsibility of organizing, facilitating, and keeping the group balanced. She does not force the spotlight; she manages it.
Defensively, she sets the tone. Chloe is St. Frances’ most reliable on-ball defender, consistently applying full-court pressure, disrupting passing lanes, and generating tips, deflections, and steals—all while maintaining discipline and avoiding unnecessary fouls.
To my Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association community (CIAA), Chloe has the tools, composure, and competitive edge to make an immediate impact at the next level.

Chloe has been a terror on defense, applying ferocious ball pressure and causing havoc in the passing lanes. In a big IAAM A conference matchup she knocked down the game winning shot to lift the Panthers over their rivals from Owings Mills, McDonogh.

Chloe provides both a strong on-court presence and valuable senior leadership. As a skilled point guard, she knows how to protect the ball and control the tempo, confidently commanding attention from her defenders. She can efficiently run the offense while also using her quickness to collapse defenses and create opportunities. On the defensive end, she functions as a one-person press, relentless until her opponent yields. With Chloe, St. Frances boasts one of the most formidable backcourts in Maryland.

One of the best on ball defenders in the area, she is an absolute beast on the ball. She can apply pressure full court and really disrupt ball handlers and she’s also a great team defender. She plays passing lanes well and provides great help on double teams. She’s a strong facilitator and takes care of the ball on offense. She has a reliable perimeter shot and a nice pull up jumper. She has some offers but is still undecided.

Chloe Mills is a true point guard who plays way bigger than her size. Her IQ and defense always stand out to me, and she is a fantastic passer. She rebounds fantastically as one of the smallest players on the court. She had only 6 points in Riverdale Baptist’s win, but I thought she made an impact on the game.

‘ one-on-one defense early in this game was a tone-setter. She forced turnovers and did a great job keeping her head up and finding teammates in transition. Chloe is quick, has a high IQ, and knows how to impact a game without scoring. She was one of the smartest guards I’ve seen in a while, shouting out instructions to her teammates all day. Chloe constantly made quick decisions and was a coach on the floor.

Chloe looks to get her teammates involved in plays. She was a key player in Poly’s championship run. She moves well on defense and goes after loose balls. She plays taller than her listed 5’0″ size and she’s able to get off her shot in the lane against much taller players.

When Chloe checked in someone in the crowd of Mercy supporters yelled out “mismatch.” Not so fast. Chloe is barely five feet tall, but she is rarely in a mismatch. She plays outstanding Mugsy Bogues type on-ball defense and rarely gets beat off the dribble. She held her own in this one and provided quality minutes for the Engineers while running their offense. Watching this freshman baller for the next 3 years will be fun.
