Emma attacked the defender’s front foot, blew by, and went up strong to score with her right and left at the rim. She finished with soft touch off the glass and tied up the ball with her aggressive defense. Emma was crucial to Midland’s Championship run in the tournament, and her presence on the court this season will make them a serious contender. SVSU is adding a true difference maker to their backcourt.

Emma brought a combination of speed, communication, and defensive toughness to the Mystics Open Run. During 3-on-3 action, she knocked down three-pointers and showed she can make defenses pay from the perimeter. In 5-on-5 play, Emma used a quick crossover to push the ball up the floor and take advantage of her speed in transition. She was also constantly communicating on the court and brought a physical edge to the defensive end, making it difficult for opponents to get comfortable. Her ability to contribute as a scorer while setting the tone with her pace and defensive effort made her a player who caught my attention during the run.

Emma, a guard for Midland, continues to show steady improvement every time I see her on the floor since returning from injury, and her performance at Northwood Team Camp reflected that growth. She knocked down multiple shots from beyond the arc, giving her team valuable spacing and outside scoring. Off the dribble, she used a sharp crossover to separate from defenders and create driving lanes, and she also flashed her athleticism on the defensive end with a well-timed block. Emma competed with a hard-nosed mentality throughout, playing with a constant motor and bringing energy on both ends of the floor.

Emma put together a strong performance at the Davenport Elite Camp and looked increasingly like the player many have come to know. Already holding an offer from Davenport, she gave the coaching staff another reminder of why they believe in her game. After working her way back from injury, Emma appeared comfortable and confident throughout the day, showing flashes of the form that has made her such a respected prospect. She was effective attacking off the bounce and getting to the basket, while also knocking down multiple shots from beyond the arc during the 5v5 sessions. Emma also stood out during the drill work, where her skill set and overall feel for the game were on full display. As she continues to regain momentum, her performance at camp was an encouraging sign that she is trending back toward her usual high level of play.

After missing her sophomore school season, Emma gradually started to work herself back to full health during the spring AAU campaign. She looked 100% herself at CMU Team Camp, turning in an impressive all-around day for Midland. Emma attacked on a rip drive, side-stepped a defender, then converted an and-one layup through contact, putting extra English on the ball to put it through the net. She tacked on the free throw to complete the three-point play. Emma swished a corner three and buried a triple from the slot off the bounce. She scored with her left off two feet, switched hands comfortably in the open court, tied up a rebound on the defensive end, and turned up the heat with her all-out defensive pressure.

Emma missed her sophomore season due to injury, so she’ll be looking to have a breakout AAU campaign with Mystics P24. She’s a complete player who creates for teammates off the dribble, attacks downhill with determination, finishes through contact, causes havoc on defense with her relentless pressure, shoots confidently from the perimeter, and sets the standard for competitive energy.

Emma turned in a memorable performance at the PGH Michigan Expo. Her scrappy defense, persistent communication, relentless hustle, three-point shooting, explosive downhill drives, passing precision, and frequent finishes in traffic separated her on the court. Emma never quits on a play, and her demeanor is exactly what a coach wants in their backcourt. She makes everyone better and plays with a high IQ. Emma was a Top Performer; she has been selected to the All-Showcase First Team and the All-Defensive Team.

Emma was locked in from the beginning for Team 4. She attacked gaps relentlessly with her dribble and finished many layups with both hands. Emma poured in three-pointers from the corner, created steals with her active defense, and dished out assists. There is no quit in her game. After a miss, Emma immediately went into a dead sprint and chased down the ball to prevent any transition scoring. She never stops talking on the court. Emma energized her teammates and added an exclamation point with a strong and-one layup with her left hand. She earned recognition as a Top Performer at The Expo.

Emma brought nonstop energy to the Ferris Elite Camp, playing with a relentless motor that set her apart. Fearless in every matchup, she attacked each drill and game with intensity and focus. From her guard position, she rebounded at a high level, often outworking bigger players to secure key boards. Whether it was a loose ball, a defensive stop, or a hustle play, Emma was always in the middle of the action, making a big impact with her effort and toughness.

Emma stepped into a contributing role immediately for Midland and helped the Chemics win the SVL title. Emma was ruthless, aggressive, competitive, and notably impactful on both ends for Mystics 2028-S40 at the Get Ready tournament. Her intensity and passion on the court are visible strengths. Emma constantly disrupted ball-handlers and caused turnovers with her ball pressure. She split gaps with her quick dribbles to score several layups with both hands and finished very well off two feet. Emma deflected passes in the full-court press and had an all-around impressive day on Saturday.
