Sippola has all the intangibles of a next level guard. Her ability to move without the basketball and score at will makes her unstoppable at times. A player that handles the ball well and knows how to read the defense. She made some unbelievable shots with a hand in her face. Her signature move is the one dribble pull up in transition which catches the defense off guard. A 2 way player that never seems to get tired.

scorched the nets in an all-time performance. Sippola netted seven threes in the first half without missing and ended up with nine long balls in NME’s tough 54-47 loss to Wood Elite. Marina finished with 27 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals. She loved to stop and pop in transition and used a rhythm dribble to side step and get comfortable before launching. Marina really liked to take a quick dribble to her left and sometimes even when she looked a bit off balance, Sippola was in complete control and honed in on the rim with a quick trigger.

Sippola served as a super sub throughout the season last year for North Paulding. Marina is a well-rounded guard, quietly one of the better players in the state. She does a ton well. She’s a steady three-level scorer, she can handle the ball and Marina is a sneaky good defender that earns multiple deflections each game. She has gotten off to a strong start this offseason with NME, starring as one of the team’s most consistent top scorers.

Up from No. 87: Marina has a very fundamentally sound game. She plays extremely hard and is very well-rounded as a player. Sippola is a good shooter both off the catch and off the dribble, utilizing a sharp mid-range pull-up. Marina has enough creativity to get downhill and finish in traffic. She provides effort defensively, quick to jump passes. Sippola is efficient in transition and makes good decisions.
