McCoy is one of the nation’s top point guard, ranking among the 17U EYBL leaders in both assists (5.4 APG) and steals (3.4 SPG) while controlling the game for Team Takeover . The 4-star Ole Miss commit plays with outstanding poise and IQ, making smart decisions, creating quality looks for her teammates, and disrupting opposing offenses with her anticipation and defensive instincts. Her impact extends beyond scoring, as her leadership, court vision, and ability to take over when needed make her a complete floor general.

Nyair may not have put up huge scoring numbers during the live period, but she continues to prove why she remains one of the top prospects in the Class of 2027. Playing on a loaded McNamara squad filled with talent, the highly skilled point guard impacts the game in ways that don’t always show up in the box score. She possesses an advanced feel for the game, controls the pace, and consistently makes the right decisions with the ball in her hands.
A brilliant playmaker, Nyair excels at creating opportunities for her teammates while keeping defenses off balance with her ability to score when needed. Her court vision, basketball IQ, and leadership stand out every time she steps on the floor. She has the complete package as a lead guard and displays the high-major tools college coaches covet at the next level. With her skill set, poise, and overall understanding of the game, Nyair remains firmly among the elite prospects in the 2027 class.

Nyair has officially reached “elite” status. She has shown that she can score on anybody one on one. She is lighting quick and handles the ball on a string. It was hard for anyone to stay in front of her for an extended period. As the smallest player on the court she led the Mustangs with 8 rebounds, she also had 15 points being their most efficient starter. She gets better each year making me excited to see what more she adds to her bag for next season.

Every team on every level needs a dependable point guard and Nyair is one that will be sought after on every level. Her knowledge and evolution of the position is beyond her years and with her gaining consistency with her outside shot has added another layer to her game. Defensively, she is frustrating for even the best of ball handlers because she never goes away and if you make one mistake she has the ball going the other way.

is the engine that drives this team in a lot of ways. All three of these backcourt players did exactly what you expect from them, and they showed why they are regarded as one of, if not the best, backcourts in the nation. Nyair is the lead ball handler and the best POA defender McNamara has. She didn’t have a great shooting day in the semis, but her defense was a huge factor, especially early against PVI. She had a better shooting day in the final, but in a lot of ways, her making shots is just a cherry on top of what she provides to this number-one-ranked McNamara squad.

Nyair scored 12 points but more importantly she had incredible control of the game. She dictated what Seton was able to do with her defense and consistently found holes to make plays for her teammates. She was a terror in the back court harassing and stripping ballhandlers of their precious cargo. When you think you have her beat she is still a threat to pluck the ball from behind. There are several plays that probably decided the outcome, but one play in particular was a half court buzzer beater to end the third quarter that gave the Mustangs their biggest lead of the game at 43-36. Nyair had her defense fired up from the opening tip. She had multiple steals in the backcourt, several off the inbound pass. She made every ballhandler uncomfortable and was the main reason Stewart only had 20. She had to fight through screens on almost every possession as the Cadets tried every tactic imaginable to get her off the ball handler. She had her hand at some point in all of the Mustangs 59 points while scoring 15 points on her own.

You can pencil in a couple of strip layups from her before the game even starts. Her defense consists of constant pressure and taking advantage of any weakness that the ballhandler has. Even the best of guards can get worn down eventually by her persistence. She created multiple turnovers and even 10 second back court violations singlehandedly.

Nyair is the prototype point guard on a nationally ranked roster, impacting the game on both ends of the floor. Defensively, she applies consistent pressure, rarely allowing opposing guards to get by her, while maintaining active hands in help position to generate timely steals that often turn into transition opportunities. Offensively, her quick first step and sharp crossover make her difficult to contain. Once she gets below the free-throw line, she shows strong court awareness and delivers passes on time to open teammates.

Speed demon who thrived in transition vs a team in Bishop Gorman (NV) who played uptempo from beginning to end. Pesky defense, absolutely suffocating. She defended Aaliah Spaight (one of the nation’s best players) applied a lot of ball pressure; the epitome of a scrappy guard. Wreaked havoc on the opponent and swiped a couple of steals in the half court.
