In the latter portions of June’s camp month, Delly would secure an in-state offer courtesy of Voorhees. Delly is a multi-sport athlete who also competes as a flag football player alongside her many basketball achievements. She already made a bit of news recently by transferring from 2A Andrew Jackson to Legion Collegiate. The Lancers are rejoining the South Carolina High School League (SCHSL) as a 4A team this season. Delly’s resume includes winning state championships with the Volunteers. Last season’s Andrew Jackson team reached the 2A Upper State championship game. Delly averaged 13.2 points, five steals, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists per contest. 

Delly is well-known across the Palmetto State for being part of several state-championship winning Andrew Jackson teams. A two-sport athlete who plays both basketball and volleyball, Delly is trading Volunteers orange and blue for the green and blue of 4A Legion Collegiate for her senior season. A product of Palmetto 76ers , Delly competed in 27 games last season for an Andrew Jackson team that reached the 2A Upper State championship game. She would average 13.2 points, five steals, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists in those 27 matchups. Delly was one of three from the class of 2027 on last season’s Andrew Jackson team. 

A physically strong wing player that has a nice shot from the perimeter and can aggressively attack the basket. Delly had a nice one-handed scoop lay in that showed her finesse and athleticism. She plays with a lot of confidence on both sides of the court. Her physicality and size allows her to defend multiple positions.

The 2025-26 version of 2A Andrew Jackson may not have resulted in a state championship the way the previous two seasons did for the Volunteers, but Andrew Jackson still put together a solid season. Delly was a reason why her Vols concluded last season with a. 21-7 record in addition to going a perfect 12-0 in region plus a berth in the 2A Upper State championship game. The talented two guard for Andrew Jackson would play in 27 of the team’s 28 games while averaging 13.2 points, five steals, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists per contest. Delly was one of three juniors on last season’s Vols team. 

Andrew Jackson has reigned supreme over the Palmetto State’s 2A girls hoops landscape for the past couple of seasons. While many a hoops pundit believes this is the year the Volunteers could be knocked off their perch, Delly’s 20 points in a dominant outing against Brashier Middle College proved exactly why Andrew Jackson was the last 2A team standing the last two seasons. The final score was an eye-popping 80-31. Coach Steven Fair’s Volunteers earned a ranking of third in the most recent poll of 2A girls teams. Up next for Delly and her Andrew Jackson bunch is a second-round contest against Greenville Tech Charter.
