Gosh this Pickett club is fun to watch, and Zo makes ’em go! The super soph exploded on Tuesday night with a 31 point, 7 assist, and 5 rebound masterpiece of a basketball game. When Zo is playing like this—and both in constant facilitation mode and scoring mode–always putting pressure on the rim and getting them out in transition….they are really tough.
Highlights
Pickett is especially tough from an upside standpoint because you know exactly what you’re going to get from Reeder. She will give you 15 and 10….every.single.night…. In a win over solid Clay club on Tuesday, Reeder finished with 15 points, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 steals. It just feels like Pickett is going to be involved deep into March.
Highlights
After a tough outing vs White Co, Butler was back to her normal self in a big win over Clarkrange (59-36). Butler finished with 22 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals while shooting 10-17 overall, and 2-3 from 3. As always, this is while seeing constant double teams.
Highlights
Mullins is always an “x factor” for Livingston as far as being that secondary scorer they need. In Tuesday’s win over Clarkrange, Mullins finished with 12 points and 4 rebounds, and knocked down a 3. Livingston’s ability to provide secondary scoring will be pivotal….as their defense has been stingy all season. When Mullins is around 15 points, LA becomes a different team.

On Tuesday night the Franklin Road squad beat USN, and the ’28s for FR were at it again! Ella Johnson Ella Johnson 5’6″ | SG Franklin Road Academy | 2028 TN finished with 22 points on the night, and just continues to impress night in and night out. While Zenner has been on the radar a bit more, Johnson is a star in the making. The ’28 is as crafty a scorer in her class as there is. She’s a legit 3 level kid, and a work ethic that’s second to none. She’s putting up 20 a night….as an 8th grader!! Stay tuned…
We see you Liv! Loveday had her first career double double, with an 11 point, 11 rebound performance in an OT loss to Grace (Knox) 64-61. Loveday is the epitome of hard work and dedication to her craft. She’s so great at all the little things that don’t show up in a box score….that I’m glad the box score highlighted her efforts tonight. Loveday is a kid that’s fun to watch, and you automatically become a fan.
Highlights
Clay continues her big-time season for Washburn. In another big win, Clay finished with 22 points and 3 made 3’s. She’s been amongst the best shooters in the state all season, and when her and Ebany Hill Ebany Hill 5’6″ | SG Washburn | 2026 TN are both on, it becomes a high-powered scoring duo. Keeping following this Washburn club.
Highlights
McInturf got going for Webb, as she scored 18 points and had 8 rebounds (6 offensive) in a win. McInturff is a big-time player that hasn’t quite had the season some expected…but Webb definitely still has the talent to make a deep post season run. Who is going to want to face the defending state champs in the Boro? And who is going to want to play them is Sophie gets going like those who know her game, know she can. Kid is a 18 point a game scorer, and when it’s consistent, Webb is really dangerous.
Butler exploded for a season high 21 points, 6 rebounds 3 assists and 2 steals in a huge win over Oakland (48-35) on Tuesday night. We all expect Dolente to provide the offensive punch, but on this night she was held to only 3. It was promising to see her teammates step up when she’s off….and that’s what championship teams do. They figure out ways to win even win the primary gameplan is taken away. Teams will look to take away Dolente…who else will step up enough to win games when they do this? Tonight, Butler more than answered the bell.
Highlights
Thompson was superb on Tuesday for CAK. She finished with 21 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists in the win. When Thompson can score like this, Maddie Braden Maddie Braden 5’9″ | SG CAK | 2027 TN is playing like the stud she can be (11 points, 2 assists, 6 steals), and Izzy Proffitt Izzy Proffitt 5’7″ | PG CAK | 2024 State TN (21 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assist) are all playing in stride, CAK’s ceiling becomes really high. Those are 3 college players. It’s nice to see them hitting their stride at the right time!
