Monday night provided us all with a few great games across the region. I was able to watch a few games online. Bradley Central took down McMinn Central. It was all Bearden against Hardin Valley Academy. White County won a huge one over Upperman to clinch the regular season championship.

Let's start off with the great matchup between Bradley Central vs McMinn Central. I loved the defensive effort that both of these teams played with! Bradley Central has one of the best rebounding teams in the state!

[player_tooltip player_id='513228' first='Kimora' last='Fields'] is the the power forward that every single coach would love to have on their team. She possess elite fundamentals with an extremely high IQ. I love the way that Fields sees the court! Yes, she is a rebounding machine and a true force in the paint, but Kimora makes timely passes look easy! I can see why some people call Fields and [player_tooltip player_id='408996' first='TaTianna' last='Stovall'] the twin towers. Go ahead an appreciate these young stars now because this duo is a matchup nightmare!

Fields and Stovall draw a lot of attention for Bradley Central. However, have you watched Malia WIlcox? The speed and physicality that this guard plays with looks effortless. She has a true non-stop motor on both ends of the court. Malia is the athlete that will run through a brick wall for her team! Do you need a 5 second call? She can make it happen. Do you need a steal? She can make that happen too! She is stepping up and handling the ball extremely well too. This entire Bradley Central team has the state talking!

McMinn Central came up short, but [player_tooltip player_id='409633' first='Karina' last='Bystry'] still got to her spot and nailed numerous 3's. At one point in the game she drilled back to back 3 bombs in the second quarter! Karina has one of the nicest jab steps that you will find from a high school athlete! The entire team played with tremendous effort! I expect to see [player_tooltip player_id='245358' first='Molly' last='Masingale'] with her McMinn team in the state final game!

Bearden blew out Hardin Valley Academy. HVA had one scorer in double figures and that was [player_tooltip player_id='409022' first='Kyndra' last='West']. On a night when [player_tooltip player_id='513233' first='Natalya' last='Hodge'] did not see her outside shot falling, she impacted the game in every way possible! Hodge has over 100 steals on the season so far. She added to her total again tonight. I love the way that Natalya stays active on defense! Remember, she's "goated" for a reason! It was senior night for Bearden so congratulations to the seniors [player_tooltip player_id='245384' first='Lindsay' last='Wilson'], [player_tooltip player_id='479777' first='Amanda' last='Parker'], and Rachael Wilhoit! Wilson was dialing it up from everywhere and played one of her best games on senior night! Lindsay finished with 12 points and numerous rebounds. [player_tooltip player_id='479777' first='Amanda' last='Parker'] continued to do what she's been doing, blocking shots! Parker had 3 blocked shots in the 1st half. Rachael Wilhoit is a true energizer on the court. She finished with 7 points and all of the hustle plays that won't show up on the stat sheet. Kendall Murphy played another great all-around game! Murphy is a consistent all-around player that should be at the top of your radar! Go watch this Bearden team and you will know exactly why numerous athletes have scholarships to play at different levels!

White County vs Upperman was an extremely low scoring game. You can credit both of these teams and their defense. At the half it was 16-16. [player_tooltip player_id='636393' first='Ava' last='Jones'] provided her White County team with numerous blocked shots. Jones has great size and amazing length! The duo with Jones and Reed is extremely tough to handle! Reed is averaging over 5 offensive rebounds per game! Jones is a true blocking and rebounding machine! Recruit Ava and [player_tooltip player_id='245357' first='Celeste' last='Reed'] now! Don't wait on either one of these athletes!

Upperman was able to slow the game down and make White County play at their game speed! It just wasn't enough to hold on to a win. Upperman has athletes all across the board so you can expect to see them bounce back from this game!

These 6 teams have athletes that can play at all levels. Yes, I mentioned some names, but more names could definitely be mentioned! College coaches should definitely show up to watch these teams play!

Monday night provided us all with a few great games across the region. I was able to watch a few games online. Bradley Central took down McMinn Central. It was all Bearden against Hardin Valley Academy. White County won a huge one over Upperman to clinch the regular season championship.
