TN had kids playing high level scimmages vs college kids, kids playing in Pittsburgh, playing in Alabama, and else where. Here I what I heard:
The White County star has continued to have an impressive spring as her skill level continues to rise. She will be looked to do more offensively next season, and her scoring efficiency has been really nice. She’s attacking closeouts confidently and slicing through defenses looking to get to the rim. And she continues to impress everywhere she goes with defensive ability and rebounding.
Kelsey Holt Kelsey Holt 5’9″ | SF Union Co. | 2025 State TN ‘s stock continues to rise as she’s proven herself time and time again as one of the best 3 and D wings in the state. When she gets hot, it’s over. She had a 21 point explosion on 5/7 from 3, with 6 rebounds.

Saylor Clay Saylor Clay 5’7″ | PG Washburn | 2025 State TN knows what she needs to work on: become a wing that stays locked in and doesn’t allow blow by’s. She’s doing a great job turning herself into a reliable defender, and even better, she’s really contributing on the glass! She had a 6 point, 7 rebound, 1 steal game followed up by a 15 point (3/4 from 3) and 3 rebounds.

Had a really nice weekend as she’s getting used to the speed of ’25s. She’s really starting round out her game, especially as a passer. She had a nice 12 point, 7 rebound, 4 assists performance. As she continues to add the distributor mindset to her offensive attack, she has the chance to continue rise the ladder as the one of the best guards in the state.

I heard that Story put on a show for FBC ‘ last=’Reign’] ’26. Her ability as a high flying wing that can both lock up the opponents best player, protect the rim as a shot blocker, pull a rebound and turn it immediately into a fast break is getting her noticed, and slice through paint to rim and finish with either hand. College coaches are starting to see what the David Crocket HS product can be as Story is showing glimpses of the best version of herself.
Ok….so I’m sold on Macie Collins Macie Collins 5’9″ | SF Heritage-Catoosa | 2025 State GA as a LEGIT ball player. She averaged 14.5 points per game on Sunday as TBW ’25 went 4-0 on the weekend. She really started to flash the 3 ball as well (which she didn’t show on Saturday), and if she continues to score from all the levels like this, she just looks the part of a college level scorer.

Camden Ward Camden Ward 6’0″ | PF Stewart’s Creek | 2025 State TN put on a show this weekend. She’s an old fashion scorer that doesn’t really use the 3 ball, and doesn’t try to be what she isn’t. She dominated GTS Fusion 17U Rise with a 19 point performance simply by playing her version of bully ball. She’s physical, gritty, and won’t get out-toughed around the rim. She will finish straight through the defenders chest, and is hyper competitive. I think she’s going to be an incredibly good college player as her work ethic will eventually lead to her extended her range.
The Cannon County product continues to prove why she was District Player of the Year. She shined at moments this weekend as a kid that you simply can’t lose focus while guarding….because if you fall asleep, she’s going to move out of the defenders vision, and she’s automatic when left open. Super quick trigger. Really impressive scorer.

Sophie McInturff Sophie McInturff 5’7″ | PG Webb-Bell Buckle | 2025 State TN is really really impressive as a two way PG! Her ability to both apply pressure on the ball defensively, while also not giving up blow by’s is high level! She’s turned herself into a 3 level scorer that can get hot and win a few minute stretch. Also isn’t scared to get nose dirty rebounding the basketball. Averaged 6 points and 5 rebounds on the weekend.
