Garfield - You can't talk 3A girls basketball without mentioning the 4 time defending champions. They once again, open at #1. Last year's class 3A stare tournament had two teams - Lake Washington and Meade who are jumping up into the 4A classification next season. Both made the 4A rankings in my previous article. Central Valley - correction made will move down to class 3A from 4A. Garfield returns 3x state champions and highly ranked 2025's [player_tooltip player_id='391867' first='Sarah' last='Lessig'] and [player_tooltip player_id='391868' first='Jayda' last='Lewis'], along with plenty more talent. They are the clear favorite. The rest of 3A should be wide open.
