She works well as a ball handler in pick-and-rolls, has an excellent pull-up jumper, can attack one-on-one off the dribble, and utilizes screens away from the ball to find open shots. Seuebert is also laterally quick and a more than solid defender who's excelled at the highest levels.

The 6'0 Kimberly forward has gone a road less traveled these past few years. She was the first kid off the bench for the Papermakers most of last season and thrived in that role. Van Vonderen was efficient off the bench, and you could see flashes of brilliance. Now, as a sophomore, she's been better and has aided the Papermakers to a 14-0 record to date. She's a versatile kid who can pass, score from all three levels, and play within a successful offensive structure. Her defensive game has also taken a step forward, which has been massive for her.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRyt7EEWZBE&t=2s

In Wisconsin, the model of efficiency is [player_tooltip player_id='764918' first='Anna' last='Miller']. You can look around the country at some of the top lead guards and tell they're much different than Miller. Guards at that level tend to be unbelievably quick, create everything off the dribble, and lead their team in scoring. Somehow, Miller is none of those things. Miller has a way of twisting a knife in opposing defenses backs. Whenever she takes a shot, she knows she can make it, which usually means it's going in. The Crusader rarely turns the ball over, makes aggressive passes, and keeps everything organized. Having [player_tooltip player_id='764918' first='Anna' last='Miller'] means you're getting a good look at the basket more often than not. She may be the best lead guard in Wisconsin.

The most explosive kid in this class is from Waunakee. [player_tooltip player_id='751287' first='Tessa' last='Bryan'] is a lightning rod who can flip a game on its head quickly. The Warrior has scored in bunches this season, but her ability to collapse a defense on a drive and then find an open teammate to get the ball to is something she didn't do as well last season. Sometimes, you may shake your head and wonder what she's thinking, but to get the best out of her. Bryan needs the freedom to make mistakes. She's at her best when she gets out and runs or turns the corner and gets downhill, and mistakes happen when you play as fast as she does, and that's ok. However, I'd argue the improvement Waunakee has seen this season has to do with Bryan playing in a press and a five-out lineup. She's probably the most entertaining to watch in her class.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zePdDhZZElw

There is plenty of room to grow for Alic as a player, and if someone wanted to argue she had the highest ceiling in this class, I would understand where they're coming from. She may not have the youth background other kids have in this class, but Alic is a quick learner. She's picked up Oshkosh North and Blaze's offense and defense and has found ways to thrive within them. She's an athletic kid and has used her physical tools to excel on both ends of the floor. She has length, jumps out of the gym, and a change of pace to beat defenders off the dribble. As I said, Alic has room to grow, but I love what I've seen thus far.

The Hortonville stepped into a program competing for a state title last season and never flinched. After an FVA title and a trip to a Sectional Title game last season, Peppler has gone to another level. Peppler has been more efficient, better with the ball, and been a better creator in her second season as a Polar Bear. She has the poise and competitiveness to be something special at Hortonville, and since the postseason started last season, that's what she's been.

The Poynette forward was the most productive newcomer a season ago and built off that season. Albrecht has improved statistically and has looked more assertive in games I've watched on stream this season. I watched her play Belleville in person, and she had 24 points and 13 rebounds against the Wildcats. She's been a handful around the rim, and with her length and athleticism, she'll be among the best in the Capitol Conference until she graduates.

The way that Dulas plays may not be flashy, but it leads to winning. Everywhere Dulas has played, her teams have always been one of the best in any league they've been in, which at a point can no longer be a coincidence. She's coming off the bench for the Papermakers this season and plugging away. Dulas is an excellent defender inside and out and has been a solid offensive threat for Kimberly. In a tight game, I think she'll likely be in closing lineups because of her defensive versatility, shot-making, rebounding, and converting over 90% of her free throws. She helps you win games.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMy_5g2u6L0

Unfortunately, LaBlanc's first two seasons haven't gone to plan. Both ended abruptly with ACL injuries. However, LaBlanc has shown an impressive skillset. She's a mismatch, no matter how you slice it. She's a physical 5'11 kid who can battle around the rim, knock down shots, and create for others at a high level. Her passing made Hudson look like one of the best D1 teams in the state early in the season. She's a unique talent facing adversity, but she's a kid who loves basketball, and I hope she gets back to full strength so we can see her thrive on the floor.

The Regis guard always had another gear most kids haven't, dating back to when I first watched Cooper as a seventh grader in Appleton. She changes directions as well as anyone I've seen, and she can get downhill whenever she wants. She's more physical than her first season and has been more comfortable taking perimeter shots. Cooper has taken eight more than she did all of last season. Making 43% of her three attempts from the three-point line will keep defenders more honest and allow her more space off the dribble.
