Junior year is huge for college basketball prospects. The Prep Girls Hoops Minnesota Expo is a great way for players to raise their profile. Combine those two factors together and you have a tasty recipe for success. In this week's update of our Class of 2027 rankings, it's not surprising that most of the bigger stock risers showed up and showed out at the Expo on Sept. 21 in Maple Grove. Here's a rundown on the notable stock risers listed in order of their new PGH prospect ranking.

#55 [player_tooltip player_id='764222' first='Olivia' last='Bungum'] – The multi-dimensional guard from United South Central (pictured above) continues to prove she's a hidden gem in the class of 2027. A polished 5'9 playmaker with tight handles, deep range, and excellent vision, Bungum impacts every possession. The [program_tooltip program_id='712699' first='Minnesota' last='Rise'] guard plays with relentless energy on both ends and has been stuffing stat sheets since her varsity debut. After a stellar showing at the Expo, Bungum climbs 10 places to #55.

#70 [player_tooltip player_id='944075' first='Maiya' last='Slusarczyk'] – The 5'9 guard/forward from St. Michael-Albertville jumps seven spots to #70 after a dominant summer with the [program_tooltip program_id='718403' first='Minnesota' last='Freeze']. Slusarczyk earned honorable mention for the PGH AAU Breakout Player of the Year, flashing power, pace, and two-way effort. She finishes through contact, blocks shots, and rebounds with purpose. Her rising confidence and versatility continue to make her one of Minnesota's most intriguing hopefuls.

#75 [player_tooltip player_id='990223' first='Ashlynn' last='Forde'] – The 5'11 guard from Park Christian moves into the Top 75 after more exposure this summer. Because she plays for a small school that competes close to home, and for Sanford Sports AAU based in North Dakota, Forde has had a low profile in Minnesota. We liked what we saw live this summer when Ashlyn showed off her smooth shooting mechanics, deep range, and positional versatility. With nice length, court vision, ball handling and the ability to defend multiple spots, Forde appears to be a solid D2 prospect.

#91 [player_tooltip player_id='999548' first='Aniyrah' last='Gorman'] – The explosive guard from Two Rivers and [program_tooltip program_id='712700' first='Minnesota' last='Suns'] continues her ascent, moving nine places up the ladder into the #91 spot. Pictured above, Gorman averaged 8.7 points last season and turned heads at the PGH Expo with her quickness, mid-range touch, and defensive intensity. Fearless and vocal, she attacks one-on-one, distributes effectively, and competes with edge. Her contagious energy and improving consistency make her a true two-way threat.

#93 [player_tooltip player_id='764210' first='Livia' last='Tennessen'] – The 5'9 guard from Cannon Falls surges 16 spots to #93 after an active, high-motor showing at the PGH Expo. The [program_tooltip program_id='712362' first='Legacy' last='Hoops'] athlete averaged 16.3 points last winter. At the Expo she impressed with her defense, rebounding, and transition play. She jumped passing lanes, finished in traffic, and directed the pace for her team. A returning leader for the Bombers, Tennessen's stock is rising nicely.

#94 [player_tooltip player_id='1177343' first='Jacey' last='Bryan'] – The 5'8 guard from St. Michael-Albertville and [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] jumps from #112 to #94 after a year's worth of quality play that showcased her versatility and dependability. With added minutes coming this season at STMA, Bryan looks ready for a breakout campaign. Fundamentally sound, she defends multiple positions, hits from deep, and limits mistakes. Jacey's balanced, efficient game and growing confidence make her a valuable two-way contributor.

#102 [player_tooltip player_id='910063' first='Taylor' last='Whitehill'] – The 5'11 forward from Mounds View and [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] rises from #127 to #102 after multiple strong showings under the microscope, including at last month's PGH Expo. Long and athletic, Whitehill impressed with her defensive range, energy, and basketball IQ. She makes smart reads, spaces the floor, and does whatever the team needs. Light on her feet and competitive on both ends, Whitehill continues to climb and looks ready for a breakout junior campaign.

#118 [player_tooltip player_id='1255487' first='Elise' last='McMillen'] – The 6'0 forward from Minneapolis Southwest and [program_tooltip program_id='712697' first='MN' last='Crossfire'] climbs 12 spots to #118 after showcasing her growth and maturity at the PGH Expo. McMillen averaged 8.7 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.9 assists last winter while stretching defenses with her perimeter shooting. Her length and energy stand out as she defends multiple positions, rebounds hard, and runs the floor. Adding physicality is the next step for this ascending forward who has a chance to be really good.

OTHERS TRENDING UPWARD

#54 [player_tooltip player_id='662002' first='Sara' last='Stern'] – The 6-footer from Maple Grove (pictured above) had a solid summer, excelling on the defensive side of the ball and executing effectively on offense, as well. She moves to the [program_tooltip program_id='712700' first='Minnesota' last='Suns'] in 2026.

#69 [player_tooltip player_id='932014' first='Ma'lon' last='McCoy'] – The big forward from St. Agnes had a terrific summer with [program_tooltip program_id='713420' first='Minnesota' last='Diamond Elite'], putting up big numbers week after week. McCoy is a load down low and has plenty of upside.

#72 [player_tooltip player_id='999549' first='Anna' last='Smolich'] – The lengthy forward from Spring Lake Park was a key piece for the [program_tooltip program_id='718403' first='Minnesota' last='Freeze'] all summer while making a major impact on both sides of the ball. Anna will be a great collegian.

#100 [player_tooltip player_id='644103' first='Lauryn' last='Stolzenberg'] – You have to be impressed with the work ethic, energy and commitment of the gritty guard from Lake City. The [program_tooltip program_id='712362' first='Legacy' last='Hoops'] competitor was a first-teamer on the Hard Hat All Stars.

#101 [player_tooltip player_id='919125' first='Breckin' last='Whynott'] – Like Stolzenberg, Whynott is a gritty warrior who thrives on flat-out effort. The Woodbury guard delivered on a regular basis for [program_tooltip program_id='712362' first='Legacy' last='Hoops'] and was great at the PGH Expo.
