Fresh off scouting thunderous hitters at a Prep Dig Exposure Tour Showcase yesterday, I am ready to show some love to athletes making it rain on the basketball court.

Here is a quick look at a group of seniors who are averaging double-digit scoring averages through at least four games.

This is not an all-inclusive list. Some schools do not share statistics publicly, and the minimum number of games played for inclusion was four.

[player_tooltip player_id='905232' first='Harper' last='Whetstine'], 5'8”, SF, Troy, '26

Whetstine is scoring 24 points per game in four games for Troy. She is off to a solid start to her senior season, shooting 47 percent from the field, 37 percent from deep, and 72 percent from the free-throw line. She is ranked No. 55 overall by Prep Girls Hoops.

[player_tooltip player_id='621265' first='Sevy' last='Wurtz'], 5'6”, CG, Clifton-Clyde, ‘26

Through five games played, Wurtz is scoring at a 21.6 points per game clip. She is shooting 43 percent from the field and a stellar 80 percent from the charity stripe. She is having a great early season across the board, averaging six or more steals and rebounds per game. She is ranked No. 59 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026.

[player_tooltip player_id='719101' first='Macayla' last='Askew'], 6'0”, PF, Derby, ‘26

Derby's Askew is scoring 17.3 points per game through four contests. She is grabbing 7.8 rebounds and 6.3 steals per contest for the Panthers. I have written it before and will write it again. She is the closest comp to a Dennis Rodman in Kansas. She is ranked No. 3 overall by Prep Girls Hoops.

Kraus is currently unranked by Prep Girls Hoops. She is scoring 15.8 points per game for the Vikings in four contests. She has a keen eye, connecting on 45 percent of her shots from the field and 46 percent from 3-point range. That's pretty darn consistent.

Fritz keeps scoring and crashing the boards for the Cougars. Through four games, she is dropping 15 points per night and grabbing 9.3 rebounds per game. She is on pace to set a career high in rebounds. She is ranked No. 12 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026 and has verbally committed to playing softball at UNLV.

[player_tooltip player_id='719106' first='Cammi' last='Unruh'], 5'8”, CG, Moundridge, ‘26

Unruh is ranked No. 57 overall by Prep Girls Hoops Kansas. Through five games, she is scoring 14.4 points per game for the Wildcats. She is shooting an eye-popping 65 percent from the field. I would take that accuracy all day, every day.

Chapman's Kirkpatrick is an unranked prospect doing damage for the Irish. She is scoring 12 points per game and grabbing 8.2 rebounds through five games. She is shooting 56 percent from the field and does her scoring in the paint or in transition. She has attempted just three shots from deep this season.

Sophia Robison, 5'6”, CG, Natoma, ‘26

Robison is an unranked prospect scoring 11.8 points per game for the Natoma Tigers. Through five games, she has a stout stat line that includes an average of six rebounds, 4.6 steals, and 3.4 assists per contest.
