17U Sunflower Standouts in the Big Friendly

Good athlete, making plays around the rim on both ends of the court. Hustled for a transition block and has good hang time on drives. Allowing her to finish well even when well covered on drives. Quickness and handles allow her to push the tempo. Dribbled through defenders either looking to score herself or make good transition pitch aheads to set up her teammates. Plays to her size as a strong rebounder and finisher around the basket. Good fundamentals by keeping it high and converting quickly before defenders can crash down. And even when they do, it's hard to get the ball out of her hands. As while she has soft hands to easily catch passes, her power makes her play through contact with ease. Perimeter shooting is always a trait value valued by collegiate coaches, giving Armbruster a path to the next level as she can clearly impact winning.
