[player_tooltip player_id='593261' first='Syniah' last='Coachman'] is one of the state's best guards, and her offer sheet will prove that, with Baylor being her most recent offer.

Coachman is a phenomenal scorer who can torch defenses from beyond the arc and from the interior. Her length as a point guard helps Har-Ber's offense and defense by allowing her to score over any defender and to defend any opposing guard.

Her playmaking abilities have improved throughout the year, and she can easily be a pass-first player, depending on the circumstances of the contest. Of course, she leads her team in scoring, and it all comes together for her down the stretch of a game, as she consistently propels her team to victory.

[player_tooltip player_id='593261' first='Syniah' last='Coachman'] is one of the top players in the country for a reason, and I think she could lead Har-Ber to a championship appearance this season.

North Little Rock has looked elite all year long, but not only that, they are so well-rounded. [player_tooltip player_id='1090334' first='Lauren' last='Brewster'] has been leading that great two-way attack this year, and she could be a major difference-maker in the playoffs.

NLR's great play on both ends of the floor is often spurred by Brewster's incredible two-way play. On defense, she locks down opposing ball-handlers with her high defensive IQ, her quick feet, and her aggression. All of those qualities allow her to play great on-ball defense and to force turnovers.

On offense, Brewster has proven to be a solid playmaker. She is great at the always-effective, drive-and-kick, which helps when she has solid shooters around her. Of course, she can take it upon herself to score, especially in the lane, where she has a nice floater and a great ability to get right to the cup.

North Little Rock is built like a championship team. They have the bigs, the athleticism, the shooters, the defenders, and of course, the playmakers. And it all starts and ends with [player_tooltip player_id='1090334' first='Lauren' last='Brewster'].

Little Rock Central has had several great contributors all season long, but with [player_tooltip player_id='1183222' first='Rosebella' last='Onyango']'s play as of late, I think she will be the biggest factor in how the Lady Tigers perform in the postseason.

Onyango is a double-double menace. Against Conway recently, she put up 22 points, 16 rebounds, and 1 block, which may very well be her best performance in a conference game this year. However, she has had double-digit rebounding games against other opponents, including North Little Rock (5 points, 18 rebounds, 2 blocks), Jonesboro (9 points, 15 rebounds), and Greenwood (13 points, 11 rebounds).

Honestly, her play on the defensive end has been even more impressive and possibly more impactful. She has been racking up both steals and blocks, which is very impressive for a center. Against Bryant, she swatted 6 shots and collected 3 steals. In addition to her 15 rebounds against Jonesboro, Onyango also recorded 3 steals and 3 blocks, which is the same as what she did in a January contest against Cabot.

[player_tooltip player_id='1183222' first='Rosebella' last='Onyango'] has proven to be one of the most influential bigs in the state, and the stats are unbelievable, especially for a first-time starter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1260322' first='Paisley' last='Hogan'] has been great for the Lady Grizzlies this year, but when it comes to the postseason, [player_tooltip player_id='1060871' first='Camryn' last='Schmidt'] has the pedigree, and she, of course, has the talent.

Schmidt has been a force to be reckoned with, particularly on the interior. She has incredible athleticism and footwork, killing defenders with both acrobatic finishes and dreamshakes. If a defender does still stand in the way, she can shake them off with a fake or a quick dribble move.

The Tulsa commit has a good jumpshot; I just want to see more of it, believe it or not. She has proven that in the lane, defenders don't have a chance of contesting her jumpers, thanks to her length and high release. Which also means turnaround jumpers are definitely in her bag.

[player_tooltip player_id='1060871' first='Camryn' last='Schmidt'] played a vital role in bringing a championship to Fort Smith last year, and now at the helm, she can do it again.

Greeley has been a consistent scorer for the Lady Wolverines. In the month of January, she averaged 11 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, and 2 steals a game in just 22 minutes of action. She also shot 43% from the floor and 46% from three, all in just one month.

The sophomore is clearly a 3-point sniper. She is great both off the catch and off the bounce, and if a defense does not have a hand up, she will make them pay. If they do respect the shot, then Greeley has the ability to take them off the bounce and create inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='976777' first='Addison' last='Greeley'] has taken a major step in her development this season, and her biggest test yet will be in the state tournament.

Against Central in February, Williams put up 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 stocks, against a very good opposing frontcourt. She had a similar performance about a month prior in a game against Little Rock Christian, logging 20 points, 11 boards, and 2 steals.

Williams plays more like a small forward sometimes on offense, being able to knock down threes, especially off the catch. However, her length and athleticism allow her to be nearly unstoppable in the paint. Rebounding has been her specialty ever since she was a freshman, and her post defense ability continues to develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1090371' first='Jaisha' last='Williams'] is a lot to handle, and she can hurt you in so many different ways. Her opponents in the playoffs need to watch out.

Conway is one of the best #4 seeds imaginable, and it helps when [player_tooltip player_id='1090347' first='Traniyah' last='Weston'] is leading their offense.

Weston is coming off a scorching performance against Bryant, putting up 30 points, with 22 of them coming in the second half. She is a dynamic scorer who is hard to stop when she sees a lane to the basket. Weston can easily pull up for a runner, but she is lethal from deep as well.

I'm going to reference that Bryant game again because she was ultra clutch in that performance. She scored 11 points in the 4th quarter alone, which led her team to victory. Her clutch play extends to the defensive end as well, able to come up with big-time stops late in the clock.

[player_tooltip player_id='1090347' first='Traniyah' last='Weston'] is one of the state's best point guards for several reasons, and she could be a lot to handle for Springdale in the first round.

Caudle capped off her sophomore season with a 37-point, 11-board outburst against Bentonville in overtime. Before that, Rogers Heritage felt her wrath when she poured on 28 points.

Caudle, who has played a lot of point guard this season, has shown just how dangerous it is for a team to have a 6-foot do-it-all guard leading their offense. She uses her size to barrel through defenders and score in the paint, but her shot-creating and shot-making from the outside is enough to make defenders lose their minds.

There is a great chance that [player_tooltip player_id='1090910' first='Payton' last='Caudle'] pops off and scores 30+ in every game Fayetteville plays in, making the Lady Bulldogs must-see-TV.

Hudson scores well through traffic, as she is not bothered by tough contests or taller defenders. She can step out and torch defenses with her 3-point shooting, but she has definitely improved her playmaking ability this season.

Defensively, the ball is not safe in anyone's possession when Hudson is guarding them. Now, as a senior, her defensive IQ is fantastic, being able to anticipate her opponent's next move and beat them to their spot. Or, she can simply rip the ball out of their hands and take it the other way.

If Springdale wants to make a run in the tournament, [player_tooltip player_id='874448' first='Charleen' last='Hudson'] will have to be playing just as well as she did during the regular season, so watch out.

Jonesboro is such a well-rounded team, but Caydnn Brown has had plenty of strong offensive performances throughout the year. She could very well be Jonesboro's X-factor in the 6A playoffs.

Brown has scored 20+ multiple times this season, including a 23-point outing against Little Rock Southwest and a 22-point game against Cabot. She also had 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals in another contest versus Cabot.

Brown is great in transition, using her athleticism to elevate to the basket and score with a hand in her face. Shot-making from the perimeter is still something she's working on, but I think she will turn into a 3&D star before long.

Caydnn Brown's offense will keep Jonesboro in games, but her defense will allow the Lady Hurricane to shut down the great offenses they will see in the tournament. This team could very well shock some people.

Cook is averaging around 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 3 steals per game. She is a physical slasher, able to slice and dice defenders and finish well at the basket. Her outside shooting is also respectable, but with her high usage rate, she has become more of a playmaker, and she always makes sure to look for her open teammates.

Cook reinforced her reputation as a solid defender this past season. Passes are liable to end up in her possession, and if you think you can dribble past her--think again. She gives up some inches compared to other forwards and bigs in 6A, but that doesn't stop her from being an excellent rebounder.

Her last few games have been electric. She put up 20 points and 5 boards against Bentonville West, and against Springdale, she had a great drive against one of the conference's best defenders and finished at the rim, beating the buzzer for the game-winner.

Thrasher is great at creating shots from the outside, able to hit step-backs and side-steps, even with a hand in her face. Like in that Springdale game, if a defender overplays her on the perimeter, she is able to drive with either hand and get to the basket.
