Brylee Nelsen Brylee Nelsen 5'9" | SG Millard North | 2025 State NE is someone that we have seen on the high school floor at Millard North this past few years and she has a solid play-style at the Shooting Guard position. Nelsen is a multi-sport athlete, that has great movement from side-to-side, while being a constant scoring threat with the basketball in her hands. This past season on the Varsity floor, she saw the court in moderation but now it’s her time to shine. This weekend she will be competing with her Omaha Supreme 2025 team and I’m excited to watch her live again. If she stays confident in her own ability and trusts in her work, I know she will show out. It’s just a matter of doing it now!

Nelsen is a multi-sport athlete, that is versatile in what she can do the floor. She is someone that isn’t going to hurt you too much throughout a contest, while being able to bring some positives each and every night. Nelsen is athletic, smart, and dedicated. When she is in the season, she is mentally ready to go in any given situation. I would say that her best ability is her athletic ability and her ability to make herself available to her teammates. She understands her spacing pretty well and isn’t afraid to mix it up with bigger players if need be. I didn’t see a ton of Nelsen this previous winter but hopefully that switches up over the next few months. She does too many good things on the floor. From what I’ve seen, Volleyball may be her main sport but that doesn’t change the fact that she could bring some positives to the basketball court every once and awhile as well.

Nelsen, a 5’9 shooting guard, is a hard worker, who will come into a game and do anything asked of her. She gets a lot of respect from opponents because of her hustle and dedication to the sport she is competing in at that moment. After another eventful volleyball season this fall, Nelsen will look to lock in and help her Millard North high school team to another successful season on the basketball court. Something more then do-able for a group like this and player like Nelsen.
