Deitch was impressive throughout the game. When the defense gave her an opening, she attacked without hesitation, looking to score or draw a foul. She worked hard defending the ball and looked for opportunities to create a turnover. After one drive did not produce a basket, she followed the play and got another shot. Deitch’s aggressiveness on offense was impressive. She was one of the most aggressive drivers at the Expo.

MJ’s versatility is what immediately stands out and makes her a worthy addition to the Class of 2028 rankings. She has the ability to rise over defenders to score and is comfortable using a runner as she attacks the paint. Her length, athleticism, and activity level allow her to make plays in transition while covering plenty of ground on both ends of the floor. As she continues to tighten her handles and gains confidence in her perimeter shot, MJ has the tools to become a true three-level scoring threat while impacting the game defensively with her size and versatility.

MJ stood out with her blend of size, athleticism, and versatility. She used her quick burst well to attack space and create offense while also showing good vision as a passer. Offensively, her jumper looked smooth with strong rotation on the ball from deep and in the mid-range. Defensively, her hops and athletic tools allowed her to make plays around the rim, including several impressive blocked shots. I’m excited to see more of her game in the future and follow her progress.
