Keenan also did not achieve the result it was in search of at the CLA as the Raiders fell in a 70-58 decision to Walhalla. Lee-Sutton was not fazed by the bright Gamecocks lights as she led her Raiders with 20 points. She would play in 25 of Keenan’s 27 contests this past season while averaging 22.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 steals and 3.3 assists per game. A few days ago, Lee-Sutton announced that she would be running with AEBL Girlz which will be part of the Nike EYBL Circuit. Lee-Sutton has played at the varsity level since she was a seventh grader.

One of the eight teams that took part in the Girls Night Out Showcase which was hosted by 5A Division 2 Goose Creek was 3A Keenan. The Raiders may have been on the receiving end of a loss to defending 1A champion Military Magnet but the sophomore achieved a career milestone when she reached the 1,000-point plateau as a sophomore. Lee-Sutton, who has played at the varsity level since she as a seventh grader, has put up career numbers in 2025-26. She is averaging 23.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 steals per contest. Lee-Sutton’s Raiders are set to begin region play next week as Swansea visits The Cove.

Proven big time scorer as she has had 40 point games and already scored over her 1,000 point as a Sophomore. Dynamic guard that can score at all levels and passes the ball extremely well. Plays with a chip on her shoulder and is aggressive on defense. Keenen will go as far as Taelor will take them.

For the most part, Lee-Sutton’s Keenan had a rough go of things against Military Magnet. She still did all she could for her 3A Raiders against the Eagles with 20 points in what was a 74-46 result. Even in the loss, it was a milestone night out for Lee-Sutton as the sophomore reached the 1,000-point plateau for her career. Lee-Sutton is a multi-talented 2028 who has more experience than a typical sophomore since she first played in the varsity ranks as a seventh grader. She can score at all three levels, can get into position to haul in rebounds and is a consistent threat to collect steals. Speed, quickness and handling the ball with her left hand are other strong points to her well-developed skillset.

Taelor is as crafty and skilled at the point guard position as they come. Her quickness and shifty moves can slice up the defense in seconds. She has great court awareness as you can see by the way she passes the ball. She may be small, but she plays much bigger. She has already received two college offers and has proven to be one of the best in the state. I expect her and her teammates at Kennan to have another great showing this upcoming season.

Two months ago, the rising sophomore star at 3A Keenan landed an in-state offer from Newberry College. Lee-Sutton recently secured a second in-state get from Presbyterian and head coach Tiffany Sardin. The Raiders made the move from 2A back to 3A and Lee-Sutton’s play led Keenan to a 19-7 record plus a perfect 8-0 mark in its region. A Lower State semifinal berth was also in the cards for the Raiders and coach Reggie McLain who was recently inducted into the South Carolina Sports Hall of Fame. Lee-Sutton spent the spring and summer running with FBC United The Family GUAA.

Lee-Sutton was another who landed an offer back during June’s camp month. The rising star sophomore of 3A Keenan picked up an in-state offer from Newberry. Lee-Sutton’s Raiders returned to the 3A ranks last season following a couple of 2A campaigns and compiled a 19-7 record along with going undefeated in region play. She posted career highs in both points and steals last season, averaging 19 points and 4.5 steals per contest. Lee-Sutton has ran with FBC United The Family GUAA throughout the spring and summer months of grassroots ball. One can expect The Cove to be the site of many more victories as long as Lee-Sutton sports blue and gold.

Taelor certainly runs the show for the Lady Raiders. She’s quite shifty with the ball in her hands heading up the floor. Taelor can turn directions and speeds in a second to get by defenders on way up the floor. She can touch the paint quite easily while looking to find one of her teammates along the way.
Taelor will score a lot of buckets in transition or by creating her own opportunities on the floor.
