Yar Kur might be someone we hear more and more about throughout this Winter as things progress towards the State Playoffs. Kur is a true 6’2 PF, who is still extremely raw within this game. She has demonstrated in the past that she runs the floor at a steady rate and she does possess a soft touch on the ball within specific situations. Kur didn’t get any run on the Varsity level last year but I hope that changes these next few months. The more court time she can see, the quicker it might click in her head as an upperclassmen. You know what we say. You can’t teach size like this and that’s a reason why I like the promise she might be able to bring to the hardwood over the next two years.
