Pierson showed off a pretty versatile game in Grand Rapids. Her ability to get to the rim was a key part of that. Pierson flaunted a very effective shot fake and take and the ability to draw fouls.

Blue sent a message about her game at the event. She definitely showed that she could attack the basket. Blue had a physical straight line drive and even used a spin move off of it.
Gibson really showed that she can attack off the bounce. She was very athletic with the ball and tough to stop when she got momentum. Gibson used a nice pass fake on a drive that the defender bit on and cleared a lane to the rim.
Sain should be a national recruiting target, it’s that simple. Her ability to attack the D off the bounce and make plays on her way to the rim is definitely a part of her elite skill set. Sain is just so silky smooth with the ball that she’s hard to stay squared on.
Berndt showed scouts and coaches that she has the ability to attack the rim. She did a great job using her handles to get to the bucket. Specifically, Berndt used a very effective hesitation dribble to put her defender behind her and draw a foul.
James-Benson caught a lot of eyes at the Top 250. She was a downhill player throughout the day. James-Benson did a great job taking 2 dribble drives off the wing and getting to the rim.
It doesn’t always have to flashy on your way to the rim and Smith proved that. She was like a wrecking ball with a remote control on her way to the rim. Smith outpowered everyone and got to the bucket, but she was under complete control on her way there.
