Florida Freshman Showcase: Team 2 Evaluation

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On Saturday, players from around the state of Florida as well as other states descended upon Seminole Sports Academy for 4 hours to showcase their talent against their peers in their class. It's an exciting event to see the class of 2029 compete against their own to see where they truly stand at the state level. I really enjoyed watching her hustle and her motor as she was relentless on every play and rebounded it well with that intensity. She hit a nasty shot fake that sent two defenders flying and made the easy lay after that. Her handles and pace set the tone for her squad and she was a real leader in that sense. She was fantastic at feeding the post and getting the right angles to make proper post entry passes. She was able to knock down the three ball and hit a few nice ones from the corners on the move. She has really nice touch on her shot and had a great feel for the game from every level. Offensively, she showed patience and poise. She looked impressive going to the rim and finished on either side with either hand. She was winning jump balls with ease, and had the best size and post moves of the Freshman I saw. Her shot blocking ability was on display, and her strength in the interior was impressive. She saw the floor well, made bounce passes to the open girl, and played very unselfish which can be rare in a showcase event.
