She is a player who has had a great summer and has improved her game. She is a powerful athlete who has an exceptionally strong base. She can bully her opponent by the basket and get to the free-throw line. She is only 5'9 but can easily defend bigger opponents due to her impressive strength. Hayes is an exceptional talent and someone who will definitely have the opportunity to play at the next level. Coaches should be all over a player like Cheryl. She is a 6' "forward" with guard skills. She could play 1-5 and be effective at each position. The All-Region guard had a great offseason and picked up a handful of college offers. She recently went to Umary for a visit and has received offers from Dickinson State, NDSCS, and Dakota State at Bottineau. She is a really talented player and plays with a noticeable passion and joy on the floor. She is well coached and looks to be a proven leader. She has made a strong commitment to getting into the gym and putting in the work, oftentimes getting individual work done twice a week with a basketball trainer. She is drenched in sweat by the time her sessions are over and has been taking the workouts serious. She is a talented, tall, long, and athletic guard. I think she has a high ceiling and is potentially a D2 prospect. Schler is the senior leader on a very talented Troopers team. She can do it all for her squad. She is a primary ball-handler but is also very good playing the 2. She is a good athlete and has good size for a guard. Her shooting form is pure and she makes great decisions with the rock. She was a steady ball-handler and did a great job of getting her team into their offensive sets. She was really good against the press and was excellent at limiting her turnovers. She will be critical to helping [program_tooltip program_id='712656' first='Mandan' last=''] back to the state tournament this season. They have some hurdles to overcome: a new coaching staff and a departure of a Division 1 player. She has a very high ceiling as a player and is going to get her college career started down South at Central Arizona College. If she commits to the process of getting better, she will leave after two seasons and be ready to be a key contributor at a quality 4-year school. Callen is a true 6' and has the rare combination of speed, size, strength, and athleticism. Siverson has the frame that all college coaches want at 5'11 and a flurry of speed and athleticism. She has some room to improve her skills but can easily compete at the next level. She was All-Region last season and should be a sure-fire lock this season. I like her attitude and coachability as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
