Unlike our last rankings update for Minnesota's class of 2028 back in March, there is plenty of movement at the top of this list this time around. Most notable among these changes; Minnetonka's Ari Peterson, who we previously had ranked second in the class, announced earlier this month that she will be transferring out of state to Long Island Lutheran High School (better known as LuHi) in New York for the upcoming school year. This means that Peterson will officially be moved to PGH New York's Class of 2028. As a result, throughout Minnesota's top 15 prospects, the majority have moved up at least one spot. Let's take a brief look some of the noteworthy rankings risers in that group:

+1 [player_tooltip player_id='644878' first='Sahara' last='Wilson'] – 6'2 post, Lakeville North

Playing up a year for [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan']'s 17U EYBL group, Wilson has seen a boom in her recruiting this spring. The Lakeville North post has picked up offers from Colorado, Kansas State, Louisville, and more. She moves up to #2 in the class.

+ 2 [player_tooltip player_id='644896' first='Logan' last='Miller'] – 6'4 post, Andover

Similar to Wilson, Miller has been a standout performer on the AAU circuit with the [program_tooltip program_id='712687' first='Minnesota' last='Fury']. She holds numerous high-major offers, including those from Iowa, Mizzou, and the Gophers. She moves up to #3.

+ 2 [player_tooltip player_id='716527' first='Ashna' last='Ramlall'] – 5'10 guard, Rosemount

Jumping up two places, the scoring sensation from Rosemount officially enters the top 5 prospects in the class. The youngest of the Ramlalls has picked up recent offers from St. Thomas, Butler, and Stanford.

+3 [player_tooltip player_id='806429' first='Amelia' last='Mills'] – 5'7 guard, Rochester Mayo

Both for Rochester Mayo and [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'], Mills continues to deliver clutch performances on the biggest and brightest stages. The 5'7 point guard's continued displays of grit and toughness will no doubt transfer to the next level. She now sits at #10 among the 2028s.

+4 [player_tooltip player_id='914941' first='Briana' last='Foster'] – 5'9 guard, Minnehaha Academy

Following a stellar sophomore season at Minnehaha Academy, Foster continues to make her presence known this spring with the [program_tooltip program_id='714566' first='Minnesota' last='Stars'] 2028 3SSB group. The Division 1 prospect moves up four spots, now sitting at #11 in the class.

THE BIGGEST STOCK RISERS

Now let's take a look at those who have raised their game the most over the past few months. These six prospects have all made significant leaps. Some have grown taller or gotten stronger, some have seen an uptick in recruiting, but all of them have been outdoing themselves on the AAU circuit, showing they have what it takes to succeed at the next level.

It's worth mentioning here that there is one prospect missing from this list. Wayzata's [player_tooltip player_id='918680' first='Noraa' last='Ivey'], now healthy again after a bout with injuries and a school transfer, is making a big jump this spring. The 5'7 guard now moves up 24 spots in the class of 2028. PGH scout Grant McGinnis covered Ivey's return to the court just last week. Click here to read more on that.

+16 [player_tooltip player_id='991231' first='Danika' last='Shindelar'] – 5'11 guard, Stewartville

Shindelar's trajectory has been on an upward trend for some time now. She hit a major growth spurt over the winter, now standing somewhere around 5'11, and her skill level continues to improve. She averaged just over 12 points per game for Stewartville in her sophomore season, and now continues to put up big numbers for the [program_tooltip program_id='712699' first='Minnesota' last='Rise'] week after week. With big guards who can handle the ball and create their own offense in high demand at every level of the college game, coaches have started to take notice. Since last month, Danika has picked up multiple Division 1 offers with more on the horizon. It's high time our rankings reflect that. Moving up 16 places, Shindelar now sits at #22 in the class, firmly in D1 territory.

+6 [player_tooltip player_id='953273' first='Kaelee' last='Hansen'] – 5'11 wing/forward, Elk River

Following a stellar sophomore season at Elk River, Hansen continues to impress with [program_tooltip program_id='712722' first='North' last='Tartan'] this spring. She continues to expand her offensive game, most notably extending her range to the three point line. The 5'11 wing picked up her first Division 1 offer last month from Siena University in upstate New York. Lengthy, versatile, and highly athletic, Kaelee moves up 6 spots to #26.

+7 [player_tooltip player_id='896571' first='Parker' last='Vossen'] – 6'0 wing/forward, Lakeville North

As predicted earlier this year, Vossen's game continues to grow. The 6'0 wing has gotten stronger, more confident, and significantly more assertive. The Lakeville North sophomore shines as a staunch defender who uses her ample length and athleticism to her advantage and can easily guard both the paint and the perimeter. Parker moves up 7 places, officially cracking the top 30.

+12 [player_tooltip player_id='992383' first='Allie' last='Lima'] – 5'10 guard, Holy Angels

The Holy Angels standout continues to impress with [program_tooltip program_id='712697' first='MN' last='Crossfire'] this summer. Lima, an explosive three-level scorer, has been routinely putting up big numbers against strong opponents since April. At the Battle on the Hardwood a few weeks ago, she dropped a whopping 80 points across four games. Allie takes a 12-spot jump, placing her at #54 in the class.

+11 [player_tooltip player_id='963569' first='Kaylee' last='Dilger'] – 5'6 guard, Rosemount

Some players shy away from the bright lights or fold under pressure. Not Dilger. The 5'6 point guard from Rosemount has shown time and time again that she can compete on the biggest and brightest stages. Kaylee has been a standout performer for the [program_tooltip program_id='712665' first='Metro' last='Stars'] 2028 3SSB squad this summer. She jumps up 11 spots.

+29 [player_tooltip player_id='1795651' first='Taya' last='Johnson'] – 6'1 forward, Luverne

While not exactly a household name, the 6'1 forward out of Luverne has quietly been putting in the work. Johnson is a serious presence in the paint, consistently putting up double-double numbers in the high school season and on the AAU circuit for Sanford Sports out of Sioux Falls. Aggressive, physical on the defensive end, and steadily improving, Taya moves up 29 spots, slotting in at #58 in the class.
