She has offers from countless D1 schools and with her combination of height, length, athleticism, strength, efficient shooting, ball handling, and statistical dominance, it's easy to see why. Sydney set a school record with 38 points in a regular season game and has led her Belleville team to their first regional title win since 2001.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["807279"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='807279' first='Mia' last='McGregor'] gave Michigan exciting moments this season with her high octane offensive performances throughout the season. She averaged 40.4 for the Mio Mighty Bolts during the regular season with a high point total of 58, which ranks eighth in state history. She compiled a mind boggling 866 points total. One of the best plays of my coverage this season happened at the Michigan Hardwood Classic when Mia beat a triple team to sink a game winning MHSAA logo wing 3 against Milford that left spectators speechless.rnrnu003ca href=u0022https://prepgirlshoops.com/2023/12/m-h-c-ms-big-shot/u0022u003eM.H.C: Ms. Big Shotu003c/au003e","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["751168"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='751168' first='Sydney' last='Black'] started strong from the start for East Lansing this season. She faced a dominant Grand Blanc team in only her second game and led the team in scoring with 10 pts u0026amp; 5 boards, while sparking the team with her toughness. Sydney led the Trojans in scoring with 18 pts against Hartland and is an outside scoring threat with downhill speed and a tenacity at the rim. She is a double-double scoring and rebounding threat every game; Sydney uses her lateral quickness, defensive pressure, and speed to create havoc for ball handlers. She was one of the best two-way performers at our Freshman Showcase and showcased her relentless ball pressure and offensive abilities scoring 19 pts with 15 steals and 8 assists against Corunna. Madisyn has explosive quickness that gives her the ability to burst through the defense and finish drives inside. She has the range to hit 3's if defenders play off and will turn steals into quick points in transition. Madisyn earned Flint Area Athlete of the Week honors and is one of the most exciting freshman guards to watch compete on the court.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["751165"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='751165' first='Ryenn' last='Becher'] towers over opponents at 6'3 and she used that length to be an immediate impact player for Linden as a freshman, earning Flint-Metro First Team honors. Ryenn makes scoring in the paint a lost cause tallying up multiple blocks nightly, averaging an absurd 4.7 blocks per game. She set the tone for the Eagles in a scrappy win against Davison with 15 pts, 6 rebounds, and 7 blocks. Ryenn averaged 8.5 pts, 1.7 steals, and 5.5 rebounds per game, with a season high 16 pts against Kearsley. Ryenn is an unselfish forward who effectively distributes passes to teammates from the high and low post, finishes inside, and has extremely high potential to play at the next level.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["807284"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='807284' first='Brooklyn' last='Covert'] stepped into a lead role for Clarkston as a freshman and helped her team soar all the way to the regional finals. She earned OAA Red All League honors and demonstrates poise in pressure situations on the court. Brooklyn broke Haslett's full court press, racing down the floor to hit a contested floater early in the season. She drew a defender driving into the paint, then dished out the game winning assist in the district finals against Lake Orion. Brooklyn uses her defensive quickness and anticipation to create steals, with 6 swipes against Lakeland in the regional semifinals. Brooklyn has exceptional ball handling control and vision that helped her team succeed offensively this season.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["866019"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='866019' first='Allie' last='Stockton'] earned an essential role on a top D1 program in one of the best conferences in the state as a freshman and that's an accomplishment that should grab people's attention. The lefty guard has the speed and handles to drive to the rim, but will effectively knock down outside shots off the dribble or catch in rhythm. Against an elite Powers Catholic team, Allie led the Chargers with 22 points on 8-17 shooting from inside the arc and 2-4 from outside. Mack averaged 9 points per game, (3rd on team), and led the team in assists this season (48) and steals (49). She earned All-League Honors in the ultra-talented and competitive CHSL. Mack is a shifty left-handed court general who pushes the ball out in a hurry and glides through the defense to convert tough finishes at the rim. She can bury 3 pointers and mid-range shots effectively off the dribble and deliver passes into the post from many angles. Mack has an approachability and love for the game that's contagious when you watch her compete or talk to her at events; she is a can't miss prospect this spring.","_player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_8_player":["807281"],"_player_evaluations_8_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='807281' first='Layla' last='Stewart'] made headlines during the summer when she received a D1 offer from CMU and she lived up to the hype in her first season of Varsity basketball. Layla earned All Catholic Honor Team recognition, helped Orchard Lake St. Mary's finish the regular season with a 21-0 record, win a CHSL AA Division title, and a district championshipu002du002das a freshman. She scored a game high 24 points in their district finals win against Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood, knocking down three triples in the first quarter. Layla catches the ball in rhythm and lets it fly from downtown with balance, a quick release, and deadly precision. She has the handles to move defenders with her dribble and create shots off the drive or dish to open teammates. Layla is a special talent and guard prospect in the mitten.","_player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_9_player":["807312"],"_player_evaluations_9_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_9_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_9_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_9_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_9_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_9_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='807312' first='Baylor' last='Lauinger'] has made an instant impact for the Goodrich Martians as a freshman on both ends of the court this season. She caught my attention with her lock down defense against elite guards during a December win against Frankenmuth. Baylor reads passes and picks them off effectively leading to a multitude of steals on any given night. Once she has the ball, Baylor effectively weaves through the defense, scans the floor, and fires passes to open shooters for the Martians. Baylor takes away scoring opportunities from opponents and gives her team extra possessions. She has 12 steals in the playoffs so far, with 6 against North Branch in districts. Her consistency scoring, rebounding, passing, and defending will be crucial for the Martians to finish the season undefeated at the Breslin.","_player_evaluations_9_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":10,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-65f4d453e0a7b"} /-->
