Winning matters in the Miss Basketball discussion, and Kendal Hill Kendal Hill 5'8" | PG South Knox | 2027 State IN has already played a key role on one of the state’s top programs during South Knox’s 2A state championship run. Hill brings toughness, leadership, and consistency to the guard position while understanding how to impact games beyond scoring.

She excels defensively, pushes tempo in transition, and competes at a high level every possession. Hill’s ability to perform under pressure and contribute to a championship-level culture gives her strong long-term potential as one of Indiana’s rising guards. As her offensive game continues developing, her all-around impact could make her one of the more complete players in the class.

Kendal unfortunately injured her knee last Spring and was noticeably missing during the Spring & Summer grassroots season. She worked hard to return this season, and she performed extremely well for the Lady Spartans. Minus some quality 2025 graduates, Kendal averaged a double-double with 19.2 points and 10.3 rebounds per game as a guard, plus she averaged 5.4 assists and 4.3 steals per game. The past two seasons alone, she has helped South Knox to a 46-6 record, including the 2025 Class 2A State Championship. She is a heady, skilled, and athletic combo guard.

Kendal played “up” a couple of age groups last Summer, and she performed admirably at times against good competition. She carried that into a strong Freshman year, helping South Knox to a 23-2 record. She is a nice athlete, she can fill it up from all levels, but she’s also a primary ball-handler who can create offense off the dribble or simply initiate and run good offense as well. I have only been able to see her briefly thus far this Spring, so I want to watch her again at length this coming week.
