Mary is out on the EYBL circuit with Team Takeover and she recently picked up a couple of D1 offers to go along with what she already had in the bag. After an up and down high school season, Mary seems to be back on track and playing with a ton of confidence. She is a smooth lefty with some strong hesitation moves and a nice mid-range game. Looking forward to seeing her in the coming months.
Dylan was recently recognized as one of the area’s top defenders. She has jumped out to a great start this spring and recently picked up her first D1 offer from South Carolina State. She is running with Team Melo in the EYCL league and is primed to pick up a few more offers this summer. Her defense is her calling card, but she is starting to expand her game on the other side of the court as well.
Caliyah “Lil Bit” is off to a tremendous start to the club season. Every other day I’m seeing social media posts about her picking up another D1 offer. Dayton is the latest to jump into her mix. She has the full point guard package, the ability to run an offense and she can get buckets when necessary. She has a great feel for the game and is so much fun to watch.
Amirah has blown up so far this spring and there’s no reason to believe things are going to calm down for her any time soon. The versatile wing racked up offers from Colgate, Rhode Island, Virginia Commonwealth, Fordham, Boston College and Delaware in April. She is a legit two-way impact player and is now with Team Takeover. Looking forward to seeing her this summer.
Highlights
Milan is one of my favorite players to watch. She brings intensity and toughness to every possession and never lets up. It looks like she has been working on her game since the high school season has ended and she has been rewarded with offers from Delaware and Colgate among others so far this season. More will be following.
