Coming into this past high school season, I felt Chantilly would improve significantly because of its youth and talent. Guard Alivia Tarry Alivia Tarry 5’7″ | PG Chantilly | 2026 State VA was the most significant part of that. She is a high-IQ player who runs an offense well and is a good jump shooter. Alivia will take another jump this summer and is a player to watch as a potential riser.
Highlights
Another Chantilly player to watch on this team is Alexandra Wilson Alexandra Wilson 6’2″ | C Chantilly | 2026 State VA . Alexandra has nice touch around the rim and skilled. She has great size, and I want to see from her this AAU season that she is using that size effectively. If Alexandra reaches her potential, that could take Chantilly from an excellent team to a great one.
Alyna Rachmat-Jones played spot minutes and started a few games for PVI in her first year but didn’t have a huge role overall. Alyna is a great spot-up shooter and plays at her own pace. What she does this AAU season should affect her role next season for PVI.
Adora is one of the players in the DMV that I think people should have their eyes on the most. After transferring from Marshall, Adora was a big contributor to a fantastic Bullis team. She is lightning-fast and one of the best finishers you’ll see. She’s a decent shooter and excels in transition. She is also an active defender. Adora is one of my candidates to be a huge riser.

Sam Donovan is a player that had a great high school season. She is a fantastic shooter and an intelligent PG. She can create her shot and can get hot in a hurry.
Highlights
Madison Washington Madison Washington 5’8″ | CG Paul VI | 2026 VA is another PVI guard who didn’t play much but could take a leap this summer. I watched Madison a few times last summer, and she was impressive. Madison is a player with a lot of ability on both ends. She is active as a defender and a high-IQ player on offense. She can play either guard position and with a PVI backcourt that is crowded, this summer will be telling for her.
Mya Clark is a great defender with great potential on both ends. She is mature and does excellent work in the paint as a finisher. Mya is a player, and I’m excited to see more of this AAU season.

Brooke Williams
Brooke Williams
Brooke Williams had a solid year for a good Catoctin squad. She was one of this team’s best players, but I’m sure Brooke didn’t exactly have the year she wanted. I like what Brooke brings as a shooter and rebounder; she is a player to watch this summer.
Sravya Janapati Sravya Janapati 5’8″ | SG Stone Bridge HS | 2026 State VA is one of the best shooters in the DMV. She had a terrific year for Stone Bridge, but I could see Sravya improving this summer as an overall scorer. Becoming more dynamic and creating more for herself could see her take her game to the next level.
PVI is losing one of the best players in the state, Laura Williams Laura Williams 6’2″ | PF Paul VI | 2024 State VA , and they will have to replace her next season. Katherine Maroulis Katherine Maroulis 6’2″ | C St. Paul VI | 2026 VA is a real candidate for me because of what she brings on defense. She guards smaller players well and is a great interior defender. She rebounds the ball well, and with a good summer, I could see her playing a huge role for PVI.

Miley Alguire
Miley Alguire
Miley Alguire is a great rebounder and an active defender. Her jump shot has nice mechanics, and she will develop as a slightly more efficient scorer this summer. She has nice size for a guard and is a solid two-way player.
