As we continue to cycle through the most recent quarterly rankings updates, our focus is now on the incredibly strong and deep 2026 class. While there is still a lot of time left in their playing careers, this class has proven to be one of the deeper classes in some time, so regardless of where a player might be ranked, there is talent spread throughout the class. Below is a look specifically at the top 2-guard prospects in 2026.

NOTEWORTHY UPDATES:
Despite plenty of other talented prospects to go around her, Laniah has led Marquette in scoring each of her first two years of high school…and there are no signs of her slowing down anytime soon. She is a strong, very athletic guard who can flat out fill it up. She is aggressive to the basket, she can pull up in the mid-range or finish at the rim, plus she is an excellent offensive rebounder and has a quicker second jump than most of her opponents. All in all, she is a talented ballplayer, and with just a little more discipline, it could help her take everything to that next level.
Mollie showed flashes of potential as a Freshman, but this past season she really solidified herself as one of the better 2026s in Indiana. She is extremely long, wiry-strong, fluid, and smooth. She can handle the ball and create offense for herself or teammates, but where she has tremendously improved is around the arc. She has become such a dependable and dangerous 3-point shooter, that she knocked down around 20 3-pointers in just four games last weekend at the Proving Ground event in Westfield. If she continues down this path, expect for the offers to come soon.
Gracyn is another one of Indiana’s most talented 2026s, but not many are familiar with her statewide because she is from Northwest Indiana. She has an athletic frame, length, and change-of-direction athleticism, plus some bounce. She erupted this Winter in the way of 25.9 points per game, plus she shot 49% from the field. She has a solid handle and can occasionally run offense, she is a willing passer with good vision, but she can score it in bunches from all areas of the floor. I also really enjoy her effort, versatility, and concentration at the defensive end.
Highlights
Jordan’s older sister, Taylor, was a star at Highland before playing at Division-I Eastern Illinois, and there are some in the area who think Jordan has as much/more upside than her sister. Jordan is still growing, she has really nice length, North/South speed, plus some fluidity to her game. She has touch around the perimeter, and that’s her “calling card”, but this Winter she started to handle it more and create, plus she’s trying to attack a lot more often. As she transitions into being a well-rounded scorer, she has the upside to draw a lot of interest this Spring.
Highlights
Brooke is a talented shooter, and she has gained a reputation for that specifically throughout the state. However, when I saw her last weekend at the Proving Ground event in Westfield, I felt like she was as attentive at the defensive end of the floor as I have seen her over the past couple of years. She was rarely beaten off the dribble, she was using a lot more physicality, and she was pursuing rebounds. At her size, it would benefit her to also work on some point/combo guard play, but if she’s willing to also be an effortful and effective defender, that will really help her interest.
