While there is still a lot of time left in their playing careers, several members of this class have flashed upside, so regardless of where a player might be ranked right now, there is still a lot of time left in their careers and the potential for all of these ladies to continue to grow their game. Below is a look specifically at the top power forward and center prospects in 2027.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><font color="FFFFFF">.</font></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:table --> <figure class="wp-block-table"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Rk.</strong></td><td><strong>Prospect</strong></td><td><strong>Pos.</strong></td><td><strong>Ht.</strong></td><td><strong>H.S.</strong></td></tr><tr><td>1.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751115' first='Payton' last='DuVall']</td><td>C/PF</td><td>6-2</td><td>Franklin Central</td></tr><tr><td>2.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='610126' first='Rylee' last='Canaan']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-1</td><td>Evansville Memorial</td></tr><tr><td>3.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='756247' first='Paige' last='Schnaus']</td><td>C/PF</td><td>6-2</td><td>Gibson Southern</td></tr><tr><td>4.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='750718' first='Adah' last='Hupfer']</td><td>C</td><td>6-3</td><td>Pendleton Heights</td></tr><tr><td>5.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='622340' first='Alaina' last='Diamond']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-2</td><td>Loogootee</td></tr><tr><td>6.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751060' first='Gianna' last='Morelli']</td><td>C</td><td>6-3</td><td>Guerin Catholic</td></tr><tr><td>7.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751299' first='Brianna' last='Brown']</td><td>PF/SF</td><td>5-11</td><td>Brownsburg</td></tr><tr><td>8.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751055' first='Ellie' last='Oliver']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-1</td><td>Indian Creek</td></tr><tr><td>9.</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751056' first='Emery' last='Cardinal']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-0</td><td>Guerin Catholic</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='890798' first='Skyla' last='Akers-Richards']</td><td>C</td><td>6-0</td><td>Decatur Central</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='750165' first='Claire' last='Brock']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-0</td><td>Brownstown Central</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='834931' first='Alexis' last='Fields']</td><td>C</td><td>6-1</td><td>Yorktown</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='834936' first='Gatlin' last='Hanrath']</td><td>C</td><td>6-2</td><td>Lowell</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='756234' first='Ivy' last='Henderson']</td><td>C</td><td>6-4</td><td>Crown Point</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='756235' first='Avery' last='Hill']</td><td>PF/C</td><td>6-1</td><td>Forest Park</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='751050' first='Chesney' last='Jackson']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-11</td><td>Charlestown</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='890881' first='Addisyn' last='King']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-11</td><td>Franklin Community</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='834954' first='Anna' last='McCullough']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-10</td><td>Penn</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='890884' first='McKenzi' last='Rutland']</td><td>PF/C</td><td>5-11</td><td>North Central (Indianapolis)</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='834968' first='Kailey' last='Skurka']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-11</td><td>Lake Central</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='743639' first='Emily' last='Spainhour']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-9</td><td>New Albany</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='878873' first='Ashley' last='Stegemoller']</td><td>PF</td><td>5-11</td><td>Bloomington North</td></tr><tr><td>WL</td><td>[player_tooltip player_id='890889' first='Emily' last='Zack']</td><td>PF</td><td>6-0</td><td>Zionsville</td></tr></tbody></table></figure> <!-- /wp:table --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><font color="FFFFFF">.</font></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"fontSize":"medium"} --> <p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>NOTEWORTHY UPDATES:</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='610126' first='Rylee' last='Canaan'], 2027, 6-1 PF, Evansville Memorial H.S.</strong><br>- Watching Rylee earlier this Spring, I was pretty impressed with her motor, toughness, and competitive fire. She battles in the mid-post or at the basket, but she also has some face-up skill. I also like how she's playing with physicality. She has nice length, she's a solid all-around athlete, and she has a great feel for the game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='756234' first='Ivy' last='Henderson'], 2027, 6-4 C, Crown Point H.S.</strong><br>- Ivy is a powerful, broad-shouldered, true post with a lot of potential. She has a lot of length, and she might still grow another inch or two. She keeps the ball high, finishes above defenders, and once she builds her core strength, she could be an overpowering nightmare for opponents. She also has some touch to 15-feet.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='756247' first='Paige' last='Schnaus'], 2027, 6-2 C/PF, Gibson Southern H.S.</strong><br>- Paige had a really nice Freshman season, but her state tourney run and Spring have been even better. She is a strong athlete, she seeks contact, and she does a nice job of establishing position and controlling the block at both ends of the floor. She has some skill facing the basket, and she should eventually become a face-up '4'.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='834968' first='Kailey' last='Skurka'], 2027, 5-11 PF, Lake Central H.S.</strong><br>- Kailey is a long, wiry-strong, active, and fairly athletic forward. She wins a lot of 50-50 balls because of her motor, and she's willing to do a lot of the "little things" to help her team(s) win. She has solid mid-post skill, and I can see her stretching her game to the perimeter. She might even still grow another inch or two.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='890889' first='Emily' last='Zack'], 2027, 6-0 PF, Zionsville Community H.S.</strong><br>- Emily is all potential right now, because she is extremely long and wiry, she's likely still growing, and once she starts to add some strength to her frame, she could be a problem. She is active, fairly athletic, and somewhat bouncy, plus she has skill. She's a wait-and-see kid, because she just needs to finish growing first.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
