Ashley is a part of a nice, balanced lineup at Bloomington North, and she has been able to see plenty of action while continuing to expand her game. She is a really nice mid-post ‘4’ who has good touch at 15-feet, the ability to put it on the floor from there, plus enough size, strength, and length to battle on the boards. She is a solid all-around athlete with fluidity and a little bounce, and she can get out and run in transition. I think she could be an ideal fit for a lot of Midwestern small colleges who like those long, versatile ‘4s’.

Part of a very solid Indiana Showcase team, Ashley does a nice job defending in the paint, can body up against a taller player. Able to fight through screens and stay with her girl. She plays as physical as her opponent and won’t back down.

Ashley is another prospect I saw in-person for the first time last weekend. She has a long frame, a wiry strength, and she’s a solid all-around athlete. I really liked her activity in the mid-post, whether she was knocking down the occasional jumper or attacking the basket, pursuing a rebound, or defending her opponent’s forward. She is physical enough to battle some on the interior, but the combination of her mobility and her skill likely project her as a face-up ‘4’, whether that be in the mid-post or eventually full-time around the perimeter.

Ashley good size, length and makes an impact on both ends. She did a great job rebounding the ball and keeping it high to avoid getting the ball stolen. She scored at a high rate in the paint and protected the basket on the defensive end as well.
