There is a ton of talent in North Dakota that translates to the Division 2 level. The Northern Sun is a regional Division 2 conference that does a great job of recruiting local talent. This is a list of girls that I believe can excel at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1097368' first='Lauren' last='Bell'] - 5'11 PF - Park River/Fordville-Lankin - Lauren keeps improving each time I see her play. She is an elite athlete and is very tough around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='935277' first='Morgan' last='Snyder'] - 5'7 CG - Central McLean - One of the best scorers in the state. She is always opposing team's defensive focus yet still dominates.

[player_tooltip player_id='933463' first='Katie' last='Burchill'] - 5'11 PF - Valley City - Already holds a handful of NSIC offers. Tremendous strength and effort around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='1136998' first='Addison' last='Neshem'] - 5'9 CG - Lewis & Clark-Berthold - An All-State talent, Neshem is one of the best on both sides of the ball. In 26-27 she averaged 25.3 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 4.5 steals, and 1 block per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1172427' first='Kesia' last='Boeshans'] (D1 Potential) - 6'3 C/PF - Washburn - Kesia is an elite defender with size and athleticism. Could receive D1 attention with a little polish on the offensive side.

[player_tooltip player_id='1004419' first='Siera' last='Nipstad'] (D1 Potential) - 5'11 SG - Kindred - I think it is only a matter of time before D1's offer Siera. D2's should reach out while they can.

[player_tooltip player_id='935273' first='Violet' last='Richman'] - 5'8 CG - Maple Valley - Violet will be on a revenge tour next season after missing most of 25-26 with an injury. Elite skill level and decision making. Already holds an offer from University of Jamestown.

Look for Williston to battle their way back to state in 2027. Averi averaged 21.2 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Alex averaged 20 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. Both are incredibly efficient from the field, can shoot at a high level from deep, get to the FT line often, and shoot above 80% from the charity stripe.

[player_tooltip player_id='1060622' first='Claire' last='Woods'] - 5'10 SF/PF - Wahpeton - Claire is just beginning to realize how much of a force she can be in high school basketball.

If someone can convince Kimimila McAllister or Karleigh Kadoun to continue their athletic careers, they would be steals at this point. They are two longer, taller, and athletic guards who could defend and score at the next level.
