Shea Donovan Shea Donovan 5'5" | PG/SG Bishop Kenny | 2029 FL faced Cardinal Mooney on Day One and the young guard never flinched. From the opening whistle, Donovan attacked the defense with confidence, got downhill all night and put consistent pressure on the rim. Her ability to penetrate the paint created problems- possession after possession, forcing rotations and opening up clean looks for her teammates. Several of the team’s corner jumpers were a direct result of Donovan’s deep paint penetration — collapsing the defense, kicking out with precision, and reading the floor like a seasoned guard. Even when Mooney adjusted, she kept coming, using her quickness and aggressive mindset to stay a step ahead. What stood out most was her fearlessness. Against a tough, disciplined defending State Champion team, Donovan played with poise, pace, and purpose, showing that she is more than capable of rising to the moment.
