2028 Watch List: L-R

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Our scouts have evaluated the 2028 class during Grassroots tournaments, elite camps, team camps, and Summer leagues. Of the 2028 prospects&nbsp;<strong>seen by our scouts in person</strong>, we felt 32 names had a strong case to be considered top 25 in their class. She has burst off the dribble and is a knockdown 3 point shooter off the bounce or the catch. She has unique efficiency as a shooter off the dribble or the catch outside and combines that with an effective variety of attack dribbles to beat defenders and score at the rim. Kaiya is a talker, she never stops communicating on the court: she's a coach on the floor. Kaiya is a great defender and who you want guarding the opposing team's best guard, she pushes herself to the max and loves to be challenged. She works hard and has the confidence to guard the opposing team's best scorer, while showing the toughness to make hustle plays. Her defensive stance on the ball and lateral mobility is outstanding. Maddy knocks down the outside shot, delivers accurate passes, and splits defenders to score downhill off the dribble. She had a great Grassroots season this spring and has instantly jumped into the rotation during the Summer high school season. Zariya impacts the game defensively with her length to block shots and deflect passes. She has the range to hit shots outside and the power to finish through fouls in the paint. Ella earned high marks for her defense at elite camp and her motor never stops. She attacks off the dribble downhill to score and shoots well from all three levels. She is a relentless defender who creates constant steals with her pressure and makes all the effort plays. Emma finishes with excellent footwork on her drives and hits shots from beyond the arc. Joslyn has the length and strength as a guard to cause matchup problems for opponents. She drives hard to the rim off the dribble and scores with great footwork and power through contact. Joslyn is a smooth shooter from beyond the arc and a fierce competitor on defense. She drives hard off the dribble and has effective footwork to avoid defenders and finish off one or two. She has created buzz amongst college coaches who have brought her up multiple times recently. She was selected as a top performer at elite camp across all grades. Madison handles the ball effectively under pressure, makes great decisions with the ball, passes effectively, and has a deadly jumper from beyond the arc. <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2024/06/28s-performing-at-the-svsu-elite-camp/">Read more about Madison</a></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='906053' first='Brooklyn' last='Robinson']-6-0-C-Westfield Prep-Lady FVV</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Brooklyn is a high-potential center prospect who caught my eye at a travel tournament this spring with her dominance in the paint, and confirmed why she deserved to be included at MSU Team Camp with Westfield Prep. She has good footwork and power in the paint when she gets the ball, and when she is determined to score good luck stopping her. Brooklyn is an offensive rebounding and put-back machine. She scores through fouls off two inside and swats shots away as a rim protector on defense.
