Camp month has commenced in earnest across the Palmetto State as prospects who have spent plenty of time on the travel circuit are now getting reacquainted with their high school teams.

The previous week was another busy one on South Carolina's recruiting trail. One can expect the rest of the month to be every bit as active especially considering there is a live period coming up later this month.

Last week even featured our first commitment among the 2027 class. Here is our update on said announcement and the latest offers as Prep Girls Hoops remains hot on the Palmetto State recruiting trail.

Before arriving on the scene at SCISA 4A Hammond, McMillan previously wore black and Vegas gold of now 1A Fairfield Central. Following the 2026-27 season, McMillan will once sport a black and Vegas gold uniform as she will keep her hoops talents in-state at Anderson. Following a dreadful 2024-25 season for the Skyhawks, the addition of McMillan gave Hammond a jolt of energy. One can see why coach Jonathon Barbaree wanted McMillan in an Anderson uniform. The AEBL Girlz product averaged 19 points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals in her debut campaign with the Skyhawks – one that saw her team qualify for the SCISA 4A tournament quarterfinals.

Speaking of in-state recruiting, the latest program to extend an offer in the direction of Lucas was from the Palmetto State – College of Charleston, to be exact. The CP3 Flames product spent her May live period at Nike Session 2 in New Orleans. Lucas would lead her 4A South Pointe team to another solid season as the Stallions made another appearance in the Upper State championship game. She played in all 29 games in 2025-26 for a South Pointe team that finished 26-3 and went a perfect 12-0 against region foes. Lucas averaged 18.5 points, 5.5 steals, 5.3 assists and 2.9 steals per contest last season.

At the beginning of last month, Wolf would secure one in-state offer courtesy of Coker. At the beginning of this month, she would land another in-state offer courtesy of Converse. Wolf is a multi-sport athlete who also plays flag football in addition to what she gets accomplished on the basketball court. She led her 5A Fort Mill team to a 15-13 record plus a mark of 9-3 against regional adversaries. Wolf would play in all 28 games last season for the Yellow Jackets while averaging 13.5 points per game. She has worn the Lady Attack Elite 17U uniform throughout this travel season.

Walker has built a decorated career at 4A North Augusta. In the three seasons she has played at the varsity level with the Yellow Jackets, three have resulted in state championship victories – including last season. Such a resume will earn plenty of collegiate offers – such as when she was re-offered by Georgia Southern this past week. Walker played in all 29 games last season for a North Augusta team that lost only one game. She would average 17.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.7 steals per contest. That resume also includes MaxPreps South Carolina Player of the Year honors for 2025-26.

The offers are continuing to read like a who's who for one of the premier 2028 guards the Palmetto State has to offer. This past week alone, Pojani would secure offers from Radford, East Carolina, College of Charleston, Queens University and Elon. Winning a state championship – as Pojani did in 2025-26 with SCISA 4A First Baptist – along with averaging 22.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 4.3 steals and 3.7 assists per contest will do wonders for one's recruitment. The same applies for when a prospect like Pojani plays in 35 of a team's 36 games as she did last season for the Hurricanes. Putting up crooked numbers throughout travel ball – as Pojani has done – will also boost one's number of offers.

This past weekend, Carter took part in a team camp at Francis Marion in Florence – the very same Francis Marion that extended the latest offer in Carter's direction. Having a pair of state championships with 5A Berkeley – as Carter does – will certainly draw the attention of a coach such as Jeri Porter. What will also draw interest is when one leads their team to state championship glory with a 29-point performance as Carter did back in March against Greenville at Colonial Life Arena. The [program_tooltip program_id='783909' first='Palmetto' last='76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite'] product averaged 13.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.9 steals per contest.

Another Division I offer has found its way to Cunningham as the Her Elite and 4A South Pointe star has fielded one from Ivy League school Penn. She adds this offer to others she received from Wake Forest, Kennesaw State, George Washington and Alabama since the high school season concluded. What a banner season it was for Cunningham as she not only guided the Stallions to another 4A Upper State championship but became South Pointe's all-time leading scorer – for either the girls or boys' programs. Cunningham averaged a double-double of 20.5 points and 11.5 rebounds plus 2.7 steals per contest in 2025-26.

Over the weekend, Murray and her 4A Wilson team participated in a team camp at Queens University. Royals coach Jen Brown had to be impressed with what she saw which is why Murray departed said camp with an offer from Queens. Murray also picked up a second offer by way of Johnson C. Smith. She is in the throes of her final travel season with Palmetto 76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite and put up more stellar numbers while sporting Tigers gold and purple. The rising Wilson senior played in 20 of the Tigers' 25 contests last season for a team that finished 20-5. She averaged 13.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.9 steals per game in 2025-26.

Britt has one more season of travel ball to go and has worn the Palmetto 76ers/A'ja Wilson Elite uniform. She secured her first Division I offer over the weekend and it was of the in-state variety courtesy of Presbyterian. Britt played her first season with 4A Gray Collegiate in 2025-26 and helped continue the winning ways for coach Brandon Wallace's War Eagles. She played in all 28 games for a Gray Collegiate team that finished with a record of 22-6 and only dropped two region contests (both to defending state champion North Augusta). Britt averaged a double-double of 19 points and 10.5 rebounds plus 1.7 steals per contest. The War Eagles are moving up to 5A beginning with the 2026-27 season.

The talented rising junior from Westwood and Palmetto Pressure landed an offer from UNC-Pembroke over the weekend. Following a couple of seasons where the Redhawks were in the 5A (Division 2) ranks, Westwood is set to return to 4A beginning with the 2026-27 season. Rogers spent May's live period at the NE2K Classic at Louisville's Kentucky Exposition Center. She played in all 28 games last season for coach Gregory Bauldrick's Redhawks which concluded the 2025-26 campaign with a 17-11 record. Rogers averaged a team-leading 12.6 points and 1.9 steals for Westwood last season. She played her middle school ball at Longleaf MS.

An in-state offer also found its way to Seegars this past week. The SC Future 17U prospect would secure an offer from Erskine. There are plenty of reasons why Flying Fleet coach Lisa Jackson would want Seegars in an Erskine uniform following the conclusion of the 2026-27 season. She played in 22 of 27 games last season for a 4A Camden team that finished with a record of 23-4 and advanced to the Upper State semifinals. Seegars would average 5.5 points and 2.7 rebounds per contest in 2025-26. She was the only player from the class of 2028 on last season's Bulldogs assembling.

Following the high school campaign with 4A Wren, Howell took her talents to FBC Next Up 17U Blue for her final go-round through the travel ranks. Howell would also secure an in-state offer by way of Converse. Howell has seen plenty of Georgia throughout this year's travel season. She participated at Peach Games on the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit in early May and was at Live at LakePoint during last month's live period. Howell played in all 28 games for a Hurricanes team that finished with a 15-13 record while averaging 9.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.2 steals per game. Wren is set to return to 3A next season.

Silver was another top-tier prospect throughout the Palmetto State to secure an in-state get as coach Lisa Jackson at Erskine extended an offer in her direction late last month. Silver has spent her final travel season with SC Sixers which was one of the many teams that spent last month's live period at Live at LakePoint in Georgia. Her 5A Byrnes team was one of the toughest outs in the state last season, compiling a record of 24-4 and 11-3 in its region. Silver would compete in 26 of the Rebels' 28 matchups in 2025-26 while averaging 12.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.3 assists per contest.

Speaking of offers being extended in the direction of SC Sixers prospects, that was the case for Still as she would land an offer from Guilford College. Her travel team's two live periods have been spent at the Insider Exposure Apache Memorial (April) and Live at LakePoint (May). Still is a rising sophomore that is poised for a big 2026-27 with 5A Dorman. Last season's Cavaliers advanced to the Upper State semifinals and Still's skills are set to ensure Dorman is still a state power. Following June – which began for Dorman at a team camp at Mars Hill – Still will take part with SC Sixers at the Insider Exposure Summer Splash in Virginia Beach during July's live period.

Since the start of the travel campaign, Earl has landed offers from Elon and East Carolina – in addition to previous offers from SC State and North Carolina Central. Kansas City would be the latest school to extend an offer in Earl's direction. Last season was Earl's debut campaign with 4A Westside and she was a key piece in the Rams' run to another Upper State championship. Earl would compete in all 29 games in 2025-26 for Westside and would average 11.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. She helped the Rams' cause in the 4A state championship game against North Augusta with 11 points off the bench.

Elliott will spend her final season in the high school ranks with defending SCISA 4A champion First Baptist. Last month, Elliott would earn an offer from Mary Baldwin University in addition another she received earlier in May from Belmont Abbey. In addition to what she can get accomplished as a scorer, Elliott is also a defensive playmaker as well. She is spending her final club season running with [program_tooltip program_id='988463' first='Mosch' last='Ball'] 17U. In 2025-26 at 5A West Ashley, Elliott averaged 12.9 points, 5.5 steals, four rebounds and 3.8 assists on a Wildcats team that won 16 games for the first time since the 2018-19 season. The Hurricanes could present one of the most dangerous backcourts in the state when play commences in November.

Camp month has commenced in earnest across the Palmetto State as prospects who have spent plenty of time on the travel circuit are now getting reacquainted with their high school teams.
