From the first time I saw her play to now, she has gotten noticeably stronger and more confident in her ability to create offensively.

Chapman excels when she gets two feet in the paint, using her creativity and touch to score—especially with her fadeaway jumper, which consistently catches defenders off balance. As the regular season enters its final month, she is playing with the poise and efficiency Zionsville needs from her, embracing her role and leading the offense the right way.

Chapman was the undisputed leader for Zionsville, finishing with 25 points while scoring at all three levels. Her offensive game is as versatile as it is efficient—she can attack the rim with power, knock down mid-range jumpers, and stretch the defense with her three-point shooting. Chapman also demonstrates exceptional basketball IQ, consistently reading defenses, finding gaps in the paint, and making smart decisions in transition.

Defensively, she is relentless on the perimeter, applying pressure to force turnovers and disrupt the opposing team’s rhythm. What makes her especially valuable is her ability to create for others—despite being a proven scorer, she consistently looks to put her teammates in positions to succeed. Last season, Chapman averaged 12.5 points per game along with 4.7 assists, showing her ability to impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator. Entering this year, she will be leaned on to provide leadership and production as Zionsville looks to compete for a conference title and make a strong postseason push.
