<p><strong>J.L. Mann HS</strong>: The Lady Patriots lost in the Upper State Championship Game last season to Rock Hill HS. Left-handed senior center <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='196052' first='Breah' last='Franks']</strong> is off the board and headed to Queens University of Charlotte next fall. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='610464' first='Imari' last='Richardson']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='610465' first='Olivia' last='McKinney']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='387003' first='Anastasia' last='Gillam']</strong> and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='610424' first='Jade' last='Hailstock']</strong> all return for the Lady Patriots this coming season. </p>

<p>Hailstock led the balanced attack last year from the point guard position. Jade averaged 12 ppg, 4.7 rebounds and 2.6 steals. Franks patrolled the middle after returning from the Hoop State where she played at Quality Education Academy the year before. Breah averaged 6.8 ppg and 5.6 rebounds. She has a soft touch at times and really understands on how to work for position and stir up contact down on the block as true post player. </p>

<p>Richardson and McKinney both bring plenty of more options to the table for the Lady Patriots. Richardson averaged 10.9 ppg and 8.6 rebounds from the wing position last season. McKinney a point guard really keeps the ball low to the floor and looks to explode around the corner and screens at times. She will touch the paint and look for the open teammate along the way. </p>

<p><strong>Mauldin HS</strong>: The Lady Mavericks finished just (17-2) a year ago. They cancelled a tourney at the United Bank Classic in Myrtle Beach right before Christmas last season. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='185426' first='Delilah' last='Soltys']</strong> a James Madison University commit looks to be enrolling early at the Sun Belt Conference School and won't play for the Lady Mavericks this season. Soltys averaged 12 ppg and 5.1 rebounds last season. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='468191' first='Zara' last='Leamon']</strong> is ranked #3 in the 2026 Palmetto State Class. Zara averaged 21.2 ppg and 3.1 assists last season. Zara really sees the floor and excels in the transition game. She plays her best basketball in attack mode while playing aggressive. She finishes on both sides of the rim and really plays the game with a good deal of confidence at times. Zara has no problems jumping on the deck for a 50/50 when given the opportunity.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='610426' first='Imani' last='Mciver']</strong> is back to provide some help all over the hardwood for the Lady Mavericks. Imani has good length and versatility to play on both ends of the court. She constantly plays around the ball and creates scoring opportunities around the bucket. Mciver averaged 8.4 ppg and 5 rebounds last season. </p>

<p>The talent surely doesn't stop there for the Lady Mavericks. Look for <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='606873' first='Destiny' last='Mattison']</strong>, <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='417083' first='Kaylin' last='Cloud']</strong>, sophomore <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='651706' first='Jazaria' last='Jones']</strong> and youngster <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='925559' first='Jalaila' last='Ligon'] </strong>to lend a helping hand each night. Mattison a post player plays the game as a mover-screener with a blue-collar attitude down in the paint. She will look to play through contact and work with her back to the basket. Cloud a senior now has been working through some injuries over the past year.</p>

<p><strong>Riverside HS</strong>: The Lady Warriors got hot last season at the right time and won their last 6 games to claim the Class 4 State Championship over A.C. Flora HS. Riverside HS finished the season at (21-8) after defeating South Pointe HS 63-61, Westside HS 61-48 and A.C. Flora 62-32 down the stretch. </p>

Haroski understands on how to get to her spots on the floor and knockdown shots when called upon. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='682871' first='Madison' last='Garrido']</strong> averaged 13.5 ppg, 5.6 rebounds, 3.8 steals and 3 assists last season. Garrido makes things go for the Lady Warriors with her play from out top. </p>

Elly averaged 12.8 ppg and 7.2 rebounds last season. This trio will look to get some help from <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='567030' first='Sophia' last='Powell']</strong> this season. Powell averaged 8.2 ppg and 7.7 rebounds last season.</p>

<p><strong>St Joseph's Catholic</strong>: The Lady Knights lost in the Upper State Championship to Denmark-Olar HS last season at the Florence Center. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='380650' first='Tiffany' last='Helmer'] </strong>and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='831267' first='Evie' last='Adams']</strong> prove to be a solid 1-2 combination for the Lady Knights. Helmer a junior really likes to set up shop out on the perimeter behind the 3-point line. </p>

<p><strong>Travelers Rest HS</strong>: The Devildogs finished (10-15) last season. Who will step up and take the lead for the blue and gold this season? </p>

<p><strong>Wade Hampton HS</strong>: The Lady Generals had a good season last year at (17-9). <strong>Quinasia Abercrombie</strong> graduated and now attends Augusta State University (GA) and left-handed sharpshooter <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='375908' first='Reagan' last='Buff']</strong> transferred over to Legacy Early College. </p>
